Horrible. Renee is crazy and Mario can't think for himself. Prices are fair until they skyrocket up after your first three months.

I was in need of a storage unit. Upon arriving at StorQuest I was met with Renee the store manager. I have to start off by saying she has such an amazing welcoming personality. Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. It is centrally located, and unlike most climate controlled facilities. That one is actually cold inside. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Renee knew all the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Renée was on site. One thing I will mention is being a store manager. I seen her personally with the cleaning cart and gloves on cleaning storage units cleaning as well as the facilities. As a manager myself, I thought her leading my example was amazing. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing OK because it was hot outside while unloading my U-Haul unit. She's very hands-on. She has a great personality. This store facilities is a very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend the facility based off of how clean it is, how well kept it, it's very centrally located in Phoenix. Got in at a good price for a smaller unit (which are sold out everywhere right now) & got help from their employee Bear. He told us it was his first time selling a unit but I thought he was perfectly polite and helpful. The storage building itself is nice, very clean looking, and has a large elevator to get to the second floor. read more

This is a brand new storage facility and I'm pretty sure my stored items were the first ever placed into the unit I rented. I've never had to store things before, but I'd definitely go with StorQuest again. The phone help was great but the on-site rep, Shawna, was awesome. She gave me a tour, showed me the unit I'd be renting and then made quick work of the paperwork lease agreement. There was a special offer to have a moving van and driver. Antwaun was awesome, very friendly and drove carefully to make sure everything arrived safely. read more

Update, TERRIBLE!!!!! First off on the day I showed up with my movers at 6 am and the unit I was supposed to rent still had a lock on it. I complained and they compensated me for about half the money I lost. I stored all of my belongings on the third floor, at the time storquest had hand trucks to move things around. Now , due to theft..all of the handtrucks have been removed and I have to physically Cary things from my storage to my truck every time I need something , usually early morning or after work .I spoke to manager about this and she was less than accommodating . I would have never put my things on the third floor had I known I would lose the only means of transport to move them around . read more

Update: this place just keeps getting worse. I remember when I made the decision to go here and not any of the other dozen storage places in the area, one of the deciding factors was how easy it was to go from my car to my unit with a big load, using the provided carts. Since then they have changed their policy and you can only use the carts during business hours by checking them out at the office and leaving your drivers license. Not what I signed up for and very inconvenient as the office is outside the secured gate so you have to enter a code to go in and out with your "rented" cart. This limites you to only visit your unit while the office is open. When questioned, they say it is for our safety. However, almost every time I've been there a drunk person, smelling like alcohol, goes by my unit with a bike. I mean, who goes in and out a storage unit on a bike and drunk? My guess is someone who might be leaving there! I mean, most people would be driving in and out with stuff, large stuff. No to mention that there are multiple ways to go around but he chooses to go by me. He doesn't stop or goes around. He literally steps over my stuff. Glad I'm out of here this month. Do not recommend this place AT ALL! Wow! They changed the time you can access your own storage unit from 10PM to 6PM without warning, email, text, mail or any other type of communication. Most people with a normal job can't ever make it before 6PM! This is simply unacceptable! When I got there, another person from out of town was trying to get in and said the same thing: no warning! Who does that?! Close 4 hours earlier and not communicate to your customers. The service was already pretty bad but once you get passed that, you could access your storage without human intervention so it was bearable. With this change AND the lack of communication, I'm done. I just moved into town and had an early meeting the next day. I had some clothes I needed in the morning and I called if they could wait for me and stay open a little late. Without hesitating they said yes and I was able to get what I needed for the conference. Every time I stop by it feels welcoming, almost like my neighbors are taking care of my belongings. read more

The staff here is excellent, especially since they have to deal with the people that live on the street in this area. Thankfully the building is secured with a redundant security system. I wouldnt feel comfortable leaving my stuff there otherwise. So, in short, I give high praise to the staff for not only doing their job but also maintaining a positive attitude towards the customers of this storage facility. read more

Shawna is always very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and secure. The facility is very nice with motion sensor lights so you are not fumbling around with a switch. The facility does not creep me out like most storage places they have the radio on throughout the facility so it is not quiet and creepy. Plenty of free carts to use and nice wide isles to move around I will tell anybody who needs a storage space to come see Shawna at StorQuest. read more

I have had an amazing experience with StorQuest so far. Their online reservation system was easy to use and the move in fees were very low. Shawna was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. The space is new and clean and very conveniently mapped out for easy loading/unloading. There are several security cameras throughout the building so I feel like my items are safe and sound. I found out about the time change when I had a random day off and made it in early. Like most people I can't make it into my unit before 6pm. On a previous comment a response saying we can call and arrange a later time to come in. When I did that I was told it was 6pm and that's the latest I can get it. Pretty disappointed because I was really happy with you guys. The times just done work for me. read more

I had such a wonderfully pleasant experience here. I worked with Shawna and I greatly appreciate her kindness and professionalism! I have been shopping around for a small storage unit for a couple weeks now. I originally went to Public Storage on 19th ave and Camelback and didn't recieve the customer service like I got here. Shawna did not make me feel pressured or like this was just another business transaction. Even though I'm paying $20 more a month to store my belongings at StorQuest than I would've at Public Storage, I'm happy to pay for the cleaner facility, friendlier staff, and overall peace of mind that my belongings are being taken care of!
