And under "Authority Type" the only active authority status is "Broker". So, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say THAT WAS A LIE! Hope that helps. I should also note that they will not reply to requests for information. You can call them a hundred times and they will ignore you. They will tell you that they will call you back "today" and today will come and go with no call. At this point we think they have stolen from us. Update to add (9/19/2025): I just found out that their common carrier authority was involuntarily revoked as of 9/15/2025. So they are literally only authorized (for now) to ARRANGE moves with Motor Carriers, which is what a broker does. Also, it looks like they are starting a new company because Safe Hands Relocation might be on its way out. Watch out for Titanic Moving Group. They received their HHG broker status 2 days ago! Congrats! Update (9/22/25): we were told that our items would be en route as of today. No one has told us anything. But I did find out that 99% of their interstate moves are contracted out to other carriers. That would be because you are acting as a BROKER for interstate moves!! He is very professional and up front with their services and the cost. They do accept cc but give you a small discount for paying with cash. I was able to schedule both moves on the day I needed which was great! I am very pleased with their price for both moves. I think they are probably cheaper than most, but I did not feel we received any less of a service because of this. The movers which are Kleyn's sons, were punctual and professional.
