I read the fine print and…read moreunderstood the drop off policies and the filling up of the gas, and the mileage because I asked questions to make it clear to me and I double confirm it with Uhaul Corporate as well as the the local businesses that works with Uhaul for the pick up and drop off of its trucks to make sure all parties are on the same page. When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints. The Assistant Manager Arnie was very precise, professional, answers all questions, direct to the point and no BS! Ask the right questions and you get the right answers fast with superb service!

My furniture packed, moved and unpacked was estimated at 2 hours and it came in just under since they worked so well as a team. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested. The best moving company I have ever worked with. Their staff was punctual, friendly, and hard working. My mother is 70 years old and I am 6 month pregnant so I had to hire a full service moving company at the last minute when my mother's house shockingly got a offer and the new buyers wanted to close in less than 3 weeks. I communicated with Sebastian via email as I live in a different state from my mother. They were more than willing to come out and do a in home estimate for my mom. Elizabeth who did the home estimate was more than friendly and patient with my mom. Jason communicated with me via email in Georgia in a timely manner and ALWAYS called to follow up which I loved! Any additional questions or documents I needed were sent to me within 24 hours or less. This company truly made a rush move so smooth for my mom which I totally appreciate during a stressful time. It was well worth the cost! Customer service is their priority. Our move was set for Thurs Feb 22nd for them to pack and move us. Jason offered to have his guys come on Wed Feb 21st to pack the house which was great! We had almost 10 guys packing up my mother's house which made it fast, they provided all the boxes, wrapping, bubble and tape. They packed everything to perfection in the boxes and on the truck the next morning. This way Thurs morning there was limited packing to do and we and truck were on the road by 1PM to my mom's new living space. They had the truck with 2 -3 guys in it and then a pick up truck carrying the rest of the guys following the moving truck from Orlando to Fortlauderdale. That morning of the move I called Jason to inform him I needed to drop off items at a storage unit which was not a part of the original plan. It was no problem at all and the adjustment was made for a small extra charge and the foreman of the move even put those boxed items on the end of the truck so they would be easily accessible when we got the storage unit first before my mother's new residence. The guys helped take the items to the unit and helped us pack it. They were beyond accommodating as they got to the destination before us due us having to stop for the restroom often due to my pregnancy. Lastly, a mirror was broken in the move and Sebastian movers made every attempt to settle the issue. They offered to repair and mail it to my mom or pay us for the mirror. We never had to call them about it once. It was mentioned when all paper work was signed off at the end of the move and then Jason called to follow up the next day about it. The guys were so polite, pleasant and helpful. They never complained one time about anything. This is the BEST moving company I have ever worked with. I wish every moving company took this much pride and organization in their work. read more

Could not ask for a better experience. I got the moving dates confused. Was expecting three men and a truck on a Sunday morning (with two days notice at that). After 9:30 rolled around, I called to ask what the delay was. Jamin Sebastian informed me the move was scheduled for a week later. My wife and I started to worry. She had to start a new job on Monday morning in Palm Beach North (we were moving from Clermont) about 3 hours away, and our Association rules required any moving be done before 6:00pm. Well, they certainly came through. Jamin had SIX men and a truck at our house by noon. These professionals were cordial, careful and FAST. They padded and wrapped everything, made the drive and had us unloaded by the deadline. At our new home they even put all of the furniture in the exact places my wife wanted. These guys were talented and fast. Putting up with our confusion, the meddling and curiosity of our 9 year old son, and the time restraints. Our foreman, Jason, could not have done a better job communicating and making sure we were happy with everything. I want to apologize for not commenting sooner,but we have used this company twice in the last year and would never use anyone else!! From the very beginning Jamin was very prompt and efficient. We had an issue when we drove our truck here to be unloaded, we had to drop off tow trailer with car before meeting Mike and his crew,my husband had health issue and I was hysterical and called Jamin, he then had Mike call me and he and his crew came to location offered to drive my husband to hospital but told him my daughter was taking him,they then drove the car to my daughters home the truck we rented to storage unit unloaded it then returned truck with me to U-Haul. All together this process took from 1 to 6 that evening. they were sincerely concerned and couldn't tell you how much that meant to us!! I recently used Sebastian Moving to move from one home to another in Florida. The first thing that I noticed about them is that during the move they checked with me several times to confirm that I was happy with their service. I had a minor issue with a bed frame not being assembled correctly, and they were out within an hour (that night) to fix the issue. Then came a major issue, the washing machine was not hooked up properly and it resulted in extensive water damage on our flooring (a reason why many movers don't even hook up washing machines for you). Sebastian could have tried arguing that it wasn't their fault, but they didn't. They took over full ownership of the problem and arranged/paid for all of the repairs to the flooring. They have really impressed me and I believe that they care about their customers and handle their business with integrity. I highly recommend them as a moving company. read more

I had an excellent experience with Sebastian Movers yesterday. I highly recommend you stop looking around and book them. Communication with the owner, Jamin, was efficient, easy and smooth. They updated me throughout the whole process. My moving team was a lot of fun; they sang and had fun while doing very strenuous work. My move was completed in less than two hours after expecting it to take closer to three. They don't mess around and take their time but instead recognize that you're paying for time and fly through it to respect that. Moving is stressful but it wasn't with these guys. Our realtor (Greater Orlando Realty in Hunters Creek) recommended this moving company. We didn't have to go very far (Good Samaritan Village in Kissimmee to Hunters Creek in Orlando), but we had a few dining and living room cabinets that have a lot of glass. I was very nervous about moving them. No problem...the 2 young men (Mike and Alex) were on time, wrapped up all the furniture really well, got them all in the truck, and headed right to our new home. In amazing time, these 2 had everything unwrapped, held the furniture while we put disk pads under everything, and got each piece in place. As a property manager, we have recommended Sebastian movers to at least 20 people over the last year and all of them have told us how great they are and thanked us for referring them. We have seem them move in and move out several of our residents and never once have we had an issue with them doing damage to our property or witnessed any of the movers being unprofessional. Had a great moving experience with Sebastian moving. I had to move a one bedroom apartment and had packed most of the stuff ourselves. Had disassembled the bed and other big furniture ourselves as well. Two professional movers came and loaded and unloaded the all the items. They provided the furniture pads and plastic coverings also. They were able to move everything professionally with 2 hours. No damages. I would've appreciated a heads up that the damage was made, but unfortunately nothing was said. This was realized after the moving team had left, and the damage is pretty obvious, so it's not like it was missed. I called the office regarding this damage and received no response. Right away, I appreciated how upfront and honest they were with their pricing, and I loved that they are a family-owned and operated business. We scheduled our move about a month in advance, and they only required a very reasonable $100 deposit to secure our date. The day before our move, Genevieve called to confirm everything was set. She also let me know that the foreman would call the morning of the move to confirm their exact arrival time, which made the whole process feel very organized and stress-free. On moving day, I was introduced to our team: Richard (the foreman) and movers Aaron and Dylan. I showed them what needed to be moved, and from that point on, they took complete control in the best way possible. They worked efficiently and professionally, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. We were initially quoted 5 1/2 hours, but the job was completed in just 4 1/2 hours. Even better, we were only charged for the actual time it took--not the original estimate. That level of honesty is so refreshing. Richard and his team took excellent care of all of our belongings. Everything was wrapped in moving blankets and secured with packing tape, and all items arrived at our new home in the same condition they left our old one. I truly cannot recommend In A Zip Moving Company enough. We also learned that they offer out-of-state moves, and with several of our family members planning moves from California to Florida, we will absolutely be referring them to In A Zip. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and honest moving company--this is it.

When they looked at the load to move and the fragile items, he stated that wrapping and unwrapping does take time, and the time estimate was accurate. When you are paying a high dollar rate per extra hour, it helps to have an estimate of your final bill. All the furniture was moved without any issue or damage, delivered, unwrapped, and put in place as requested. Best part, they smile the whole time =) Check out the pics of wrapped furniture!!
