From pickup to storage - with a stop in between - Ryan, Cotter and Jason were great! Ryan's skills as team leader was the reason everything went smoothly. Cotter and Jason were professional, helpful and kind while they worked. They even hand carried a plant that had survived the freeze but was in a very delicate state, from a neighbor's yard three acres away to their truck without damaging the long root that was in another pot! I would not recommend their services to anyone, worse customer service you could possibly get, mishandled valuable items, damaged elevator hallway and totally denied it (luckily I kept the fallen chips from the floor and took photos), spent extra time to get paid more hourly, basically a real disaster. When I spoke with a "Dan" to file a complaint, it was as if I was the one that was wrong, while their staff was borderline presentable at best. Stay away and pay to get real professionals. Do not believe any other 5 star reviews, or the replies, they are absolutely made up. I had a move with this company and the driver and 2 helpers arrived on time , they were all pleasant and courteous, and they were efficient and quick in loading and unloading the truck and in fact they were done 1 1/2 hrs ahead of estimated time of usage. It's actually a little shocking how great they were in every aspect. Called on a Tuesday and was able to get my move scheduled in just 48 hours. Once they arrived it became 3 people and a truck because they brought an extra hand. They were great. Wrapped everything carefully and loaded the truck quickly. On the drop off I caught them actually "running" back to the truck to get the items off and in the house. I said to them, "you know you are paid by the hour right" there response was amazing. They said they are doing whatever possible to make the move smooth and quick! I almost fell over! I could not be any happier with the work, price and service! The three guys they sent from Two Men and a Truck were great thought they did a good job until the one of the three which was a young man actually opened my boxes in my apartment my new apartment right in front of me and proceeded to examine my collectible cards football baseball cards yeah I didn't like it but didn't think much because it was in my presence he couldn't steal nothing however being a jewelry maker after I got my stuff and started accounting and unpacking my girlfriend asked me now you can make my ruby ring so I looked for my equipment yet it's nowhere to be found I looked and looked emptied every box yet thousands of dollars of jewelry Morgan diamonds rubies sapphires yet I didn't take a picture and I can't prove it so they took away an in-service disabled veterans retirement now I walk to my appointments I was going to sell some stuff jewelry to buy a pickup truck now they took that from me I guess that's how they thank me for my service they took my retirement money away do not hire these people they will rob you look through your stuff they took a half hour lunch on my time in Wawa parking lot I saw them why am I paying for their half hour lunch at 175 bucks each man I think I paid for the lunch in my moving time and they took that 30 minutes to rummage through my stuff to find all my valuables oddly I only had three boxes of valuables that I couldn't live without and I got two of the three the young man that opened my box was amazed at all my card collections I guess he was amazed cuz he missed that one do not use these people if you want to keep your valuables transport them yourself heed my warnings people I lost everything don't be a victim too and if I file a claim they told me file a police report but what's that going to do nothing they lie and I can't prove it take pics have witnesses and never take your eyes off of them I was only one person I can't be in two places at one time they took advantage of that and took all my valuables I lost don't you read more

I recently moved from Jacksonville to Palm Coast and decided to hire movers to help with the large furniture. I have previously used this company and had a good experience so I called on them again. Kyle and Andrew showed up on time and although I underestimated how much I needed moved, they still got it done in the estimated time. Both of them were friendly and we had a pretty good conversation that helped passed the time. They are hard workers, especially in the heat in late August. I'm not sure how nobody has reviewed this company yet as I see their trucks driving around all the time. We used Two Men and a Truck to move from our first floor apartment to a one story house. I've used a national mover chain before and this company did better than my previous experiences. Pros: -They were friendly -They weren't swearing or being inappropriate -They were professional -They were very fast -They went the extra step to protect our stuff -They were young, strong guys -They followed directions well Cons: -The price was high -They sent me an email after i asked for a quote saying that you should always have movers come out and do an in home estimate and then never offered that to me -They charge you for the time it takes them to drive from their office to your house which is complete BS. It almost makes me want to drop this down to three stars but I'll leave it at four because there are so many more pros than there are cons. I have used two men and a truck since my first move 20 years ago from Tampa to Ormond beach. That move they did the packing and moving. I did the unpacking. What a great experience and the easiest move I have ever been a part of. Since that first move I have used them 9 more times either for me or my kids. They work by the hour so the more things are packed and ready the faster the move goes. They have typically finished sooner and thus cheaper than the quote I was given. They really do jog from the truck to the house when not caring something. This next move will be my first to use them for an out of state move. I am about to use them to move my daughter to Washington DC. I like the idea that it is a single truck with ONLY my daughters stuff. We have already had the pre visit to look at what we have and if our packing is ok. I have learned over the years that movers can not take things that are not packed in a box so watch those lamp shades and paintings. They also can not take flammables (obviously) so leave the propane BBQ tanks with a friend. read more

They were slow & inefficient. Nothing like I was promised. The final price was more than double the estimate I was given. They didn't pack or bring so much stuff they had to come back today after we called and raised sand. They labeled almost all the boxes "Misc" so we had no idea where they went & neither did they. They didn't hook up the washer and dryer. They stood around talking in the truck a lot and walked around the house likely because they are paid by the hour. And to top it off, I am now missing $600 cash I had in a little purse put away. Horrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone ever. After I called them and told them what happened, the mgr came out and personally began packing what they left behind. He brought out a 2 man team and they packed and delivered the rest of our stuff. I had a very bad experience. They did not have the skill to get a sofa through the door, they have no idea how to load a storage unit and threw things in. They could not get everything into storage, though they had plenty of room, so they left my daughter and baby to finish. They insisted the unit was too small. When I found out , I went to the unit, called the manager who came out with some other guys and repacked everything in perfectly. I have moved many times and know it takes skill to navigate through doorways and pack storage units efficiently. The guys they sent had neither skill. I would never recommend this company. read more
