There were so many dress options for me as someone who is ~5'7 - I had such a fun time looking through all the colours available. As soon as you walk in, you're able to explore the options and the service was amazing. I had flagged down Nicole and she was so incredibly helpful throughout the process, finding dresses that fit the style I was looking for and helping hunt down my size. I was so lucky to find one I loved and confirm it was available for the date I need! With the shipping and total price of the dress - it was such a deal, especially when I know I wouldn't wear it again after one event. Excited to get my dress in May and I'll be updating my review as soon as it arrives!

They moved to a new location with much bigger space and the place looks so good! Upon entering the place it looks beautiful with the aesthetic and the entrance. My sister rents dresses from here for her special occasions and the process is quite simple. You choose the date in which you want to hold the dress for and pick it up. They're completely transparent about any damages or stains on the dresses if someone who booked the dress previously have stained it or damaged it which is nice and good to know. Will definitely be renting dresses from here :)

At the beginning we went in and was waiting for someone to take care of us cause no one was at the front desk. As we waiting one of the photographers came out of a room then back in to another. Then another came and the same thing happened. I get the fact that there were other customers there and they might of been confused with us but its still be nice to ask if we were with the other party... finally the first photographer decided to ask and we told them we have an appointment they apologize for neglecting us. Apology accepted. As we went though the packages for videographers and photographers, J was very friendly and nice. I can tell through both senior photographers were much more experienced then the juniors. J did not push to sell any of their packages and he was very kind to let us know how prices shown were for the seniors and if it was for the juniors it was be a different price. So far so good!

With no help as they didn't really want us on a weekend First I'll start the staff turnover is unbelievable. We we were pressure to buy the bridal dress that first day to make sure it would be on time and to get a little signing bonus The dresses came 6 months before the wedding (there was no rush). We booked an appointment online for 2 people for pick up. First got a phone call saying you can't come in that date (Sunday) weekends are only for new customers. It seems once they have your money they don't care about existing customers. I didn't see that anywhere on the website, and it took us many phone calls with them after then finally understanding that Sunday was the only day that works for us. We got there the place was totally over booked. The dresses were still in the manufacture bags. beyond creased. The place is so small. Wasn't ready for pick up to walk down the aisle. They wanted to charge extra $50 to steam it. (Even lululemon steams their stuff when out of shipping bags) and we didn't get ALL the extras that were promised which was offered if we purchased the dress on our first visit. The bridesmaid dress... after measuring it on during the initial visit they suggested a size 10. The bridesmaid always wears a size 6, and was shocked to hear such a big size so decided to size down to a size 8 just to be safe. She had to sign for an 8 because that wasn't their recommendations. When we went to go pick it up, the dress with humongous and literally fell off her. DO NOT trust their measurements. They won't do anything about it. I asked for free alterations for dress. I would pay for the hemming. All I can say all hell broke out. First the person who we were asked to deal with didn't speak English well (she told us that). She got somebody on the phone who we thought was the owner. Was told to take pics and send. She did. Wasn't the owner as she said I'll speak to the owner and get back. 1/2 hour later. We explained many times the reason we had to signed for the 8 was they wanted her to get the 10. They wanted to refund the dress and said we should buy one at David's Bridal. As the wedding is less than two months (we needed the dress). Not happy as this whole dress needs to be redone. The dress was $350. I only wanted to pay half (my deposit) Not happy got $100 off bridesmaid dress, they wouldn't give the bride all that was promised. As her signing bonus I would never ever send anyone to this place. A real shit show. The place is 3 small rooms and they had at least 20 people. (Fire regulation)

One of the dresses was originally meant to be in a light color, but plans changed. The dress was ordered and paid for (by my mom), but it was never picked up -- in fact, the store hadn't even received it yet. I asked if I could change the color to black so it would match the other bridesmaids. The owner told me absolutely no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Considering the store made thousands of dollars from us, and this particular dress wasn't in their possession yet, I think it's unfair that I wasn't allowed to make a simple change. A little flexibility would have gone a long way, especially for a bridal party spending this much money. Because of this, I would only recommend shopping here if you are absolutely, 100% certain of every detail before you pay. Once they have your money, there is no flexibility. Sadly, due to how this was handled, I would not recommend Madeline's to others in the future

Even though we did not have an appointment and the store was busy that day, they accommodated us and set us up with 2 of the nicest, most welcoming and patient salespeople. Ava and Talin really care about their customers and it is clear that they have expertise and passion for their work. In addition to what we selected, they brought out other mother of the groom dresses for us to try on based on what they knew would be suitable for our body types. They also made alteration suggestions so that the dresses would meet our vision/comfort level. We never felt pressured to buy or rushed despite the fact that another couple was waiting for assistance. We found 2 suitable dresses each and will be back with our future daughters in law to make the final selection. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!!!

I am a plus size bride, wearing 18/20 street size. I stated this on the forum when booking my appointment and when the employee asked upon entrance. Although sizing had been discussed, a lot of the dresses I was handed in the change room were sizes 10-14 and I was not able to try them on. Either they wouldn't fit over my hips, or my arms wouldn't fit in armhole with the strap, or my arm just wouldn't fit into the sleeve. Trying to squeeze into a dress that's half your size in a dark changing room without assistance is not a good start. At one point I told the employee that one of the dresses I wasn't able to pull up, and she seemed surprise "oh really? Is the zipper undone all the way", I said I would double check, but yes it was undone all the way. I just don't think the size 10 dress was ready for my size 20 hips. Another dress was sleeveless but had a high illusion neckline and I was excited to try on, however my upper arms were not fitting into the arm holes as it was a size 14 and my upper arms are larger. I told the employee this from the dark room behind the curtain and her response was simply "how about we move to the next one then". Which was sad because I thought this one would look so good if only in a better size. At this point I was starting to feel that same dreaded feeling I use to get when trying to buy name brand clothes in middle school. Hadn't felt that shame in a decade. I stuck my head out and asked if they had any plus size dresses, as these tags seemed to be 10-12 or 14 and I am usually about a 20. She pointed to the rack we got the 14 from and said that was the plus size rack. When I was able to get my body into a dress it was still a size 16, the neckline area never fit and it was nearly impossible to "use my imagination on". Since the detailing didn't line up and it was making indents. There was one dress I did like. However it was a zipper back and I was told the "zipper is slippery" so it couldn't be done up. I don't know much about how bridal shops use dress clips but she didn't use any and barely did anything. She held the open back together for about 30 seconds as I looked in the mirror then walked away. The dress had sparkly spaghetti straps that were very long so they dropped and curved a bit. My mom was trying to get a photo so I could look at it later but as the employee wasn't doing much to make the dresses look as they would if they fit I was trying to pull the straps at the back so it would appear tighter and then holding my arms down so the bodice wouldn't fly open. Ugh I honestly felt like crying when I was in the dark changing room, I felt lost. I was barely getting any assistance. She wasn't helping the dresses look as they would once fitted, I felt helpless. Not being able to fit into dresses and not having any dresses my size even when My size had obviously been discussed made my confidence drop and made me feel ugly and gross. Which is definitely not what a wedding gown shop should do.
