I'm a C 29 masonry contractor and designed our new driveway walkways and an elevated second patio with a firebrick fire pit. On demolition all existing sprinkler lines from the ancient Rainbird system were abandoned except the valve controllers. Watering by hand was not how I wanted to spend my time. In the back yard all lines are in tack so watering was the habit of manually turning the valve on and off to the 2 zones. Mark came in the bid price range I could afford. It was not cheap but they began digging to lay pipe before the soil dried up. Mark finds creating the lay out for the high efficiency sprinklers the best part of the project along with wiring up the new wifi enabled electronic controlers in 2 diffrent areas each with 2 zones. Him and his crew did a great job on clean up every day. Out of 6 sprinkler contractors bids Marks bid got me everything I needed to free me from hand watering. He came in my budget did extras and guarantees his work. Its hard to find young business start ups with the desire to work hard and do what their clients want diligently and quickly. Mark looked after every detail even reset my system from his phone to enable an area that was disabled. The new technology and sprinkler heads are great. I highly recommend Mark and his associates to do new install up grade existing systems as well as trouble shoot and repair. Its a great company with a bright future. My shutoff valve to my irrigation was leaking and had another company come out and couldn't fix it. Mark was great to work with, our system has some issues with leaks due to tree roots which he fixed with due care and diligence!
