One of my sprinklers wasn't shutting off which was a huge issue because I had to shut off all the water to my yard until it was fixed. I contacted 3 places for quotes, like I always do, and this spot replied first. They quoted me $250 for a valve replacement (standard price I got from all the places I contacted) plus they offered a 3-year warranty on their work. I went with them because they said they could come that night, and I had already had my water shut off for a couple of days by then (like my pool water was already getting cloudy, eek!). There was an issue with scheduling, and they said they ended up saying they would come the following afternoon between 3 and 5. They actually showed up closer to 5:30 or 6. So, I think the communication could have been better. But, they came and completed the repair (replaced the valve) in 2 shakes of a lamb's tail (about 30 minutes). read more

What a SCAM!!! They should have an option for ZERO STARS!!! Sent two guys out the same day for a quote. Quoted me $150 to fix a leaking spigot. $2500 for a manifold. I told him I would wait to discuss the price for the manifold with my husband, but that the dripping spigot needed to be fixed today. It turned out that it just needed to be tightened, and after less than five minutes, told me the cost was still $150, because that's what they charge for a service call. I told him they should tell people that they charge for service call, and said they usually do. Complete RIP OFF. read more
