As a patron I've always been kind and polite and I'm always met with nasty. Looks short remarks and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What's unfortunate is that the establishment is actually very clean and very well maintained & spotless as well as maintained at a very comfortable temperature. However, due to this poor treatment I have received I cannot in good conscience recommend this place unless somebody wants to be treated on a Sunday while getting their laundry done in the event that they need any assistance whatsoever, and that assistance can be something as simple as asking for a tissue or paper towel.

I couldn't resist, so I created an account with my phone number and email--this ended up being super helpful when I visited just 24 hours later, as my info was already in their system. They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. Loaded with money, added detergent, waited til machine started moving then placed an alarm. 30 minutes later I'm back and clothes are completely dry. Not a drop of water on the clothing. Had to jiggle the handle to get everything started. I guess ask a regular that can hopefully point you in the right direction.

They routinely do a wonderful job with all of our dry cleaning needs. Service is always quick and professional. I also have to mention, they have a great sewing service here as well. My daughter wanted to add some rock band patches to her jean jacket and they took care of it with great skill and without any issues. One downside, parking can be wonky at times. Sometimes people double park right out front and block the road and/or the spots on the side get tied up by the school out back or random trucks. It's a bit annoying. All I all, this is a great dry cleaners. I've been going here for years and it remains my go to spot. Five stars.
