The employees assisting me were rude, impatient, and unhelpful. First I spoke with an older gentlemen (who appeared to be a manager) who looked upset because i stopped underneath the membership code scanner in front of the gate at the entrance. When i rolled down my window to figure out what was wrong, he said "now i can't get out", which would make more sense had they not put the booth exit he was standing in directly in front of the gate. Whatever. I continued to move through the gate into the car wash, when my vehicle's auto-brake kept engaging. I don't typically drive my company car, and the instructions given were unclear. I was told to "drive forward," but it was not explained that they wanted a single press of the gas to disengage the brake. Instead of calmly clarifying, the employee was rude and hostile. As a paying member for years, I expect basic professionalism and clear communication, especially when assisting customers with different vehicle features. This interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and abrasive. Because of this experience, I'm canceling both my personal and company memberships. Customer service matters, and today's interaction missed the mark entirely.

I had to walk back from the driers to get it. That was annoying. Nice location, great vacuums, friendly staff. Sure enough, we saw that the right side didn't even got soap directly applied to it on the first pass. Fortunately, it got a bit on the next pass. It was good enough for our initial purposes - the worst of the dirt and the bird poop was removed and it was sufficient for the price - but it wouldn't be the first choice for a thorough clean.

Came here wanting just a clean car. Friendly staff. They're having a startup special: $10/month for three months for unlimited top-tier washes. If you do it once a month it more than makes up for the cost. Looks like it's expensive after that, but hey, I'll take advantage of it for the summer. Not touchless like the one I went to earlier, but I think brushes or in this case cloth strips do a better job anyway. And they got it clean. Pretty fast trip through the machine. These guys worked very hard to clean her up. I have a five year old who litters my new black, backseat with crumbs and the windows with finger prints. They took the time to thoroughly vacuum even though there was a line, wiped down the dash and scrubbed the back window. They almost forgot the tires, but through their process of checking the receipt they caught it and promptly completed the task. You can go clean your own car and save a buck... But I promise these guys will do a better job. Worth the price and the time if you like to drive a clean, shiny car.

Easy in and out of the lot and it's a newer wash. This visit, the wash didn't get my car clean enough upon inspection. The back and lower sides were not cleaned enough and still looked dirty. I went to talk to the attendant and it was no problem. He ran it back through no additional charge. Second time worked like a charm. I also utilized the vacuums and did a quick sweep of the car. They have a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and I appreciated not being hassled on the walk-around inspection when I requested a rewash. Easy visit, happy with the end wash and results, and super happy about the great customer service.

I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back.
