It is also a bit awkward getting in and out if you are not from the area as those options are limited. After pulling out of the way I confirmed it's actually a Moo Moo Car Wash but had to loop back around and navigate thru the lots for a third time. I have the monthly membership to the franchise, so the cost was included. The wash did a decent job, though the dry cycle didn't fully do the trick. Staff were friendly during the quick interactions. Full disclosure: I got a free wash, because if you go to a Bluejackets game and they score in the third period everyone (who signs up) gets one. Top of the line, too. I already like Moo Moo. Good service, good wash, plenty of locations, and the best value for a fairly cheap wash if you're not on one of their plans. Hadn't been to this location but it was handy while running errands. Right near Meijer, etc. Tight lot, and the exit goes across the wash line, so be careful. Also an instant oil change place attached, so I bet it gets crazy at peak times. Not busy on a sunny weekday afternoon. Easy to use the code from the coupon, plus someone came over to check on me, then guided us in. Kid K loves the lights and foam. It's a thorough but gentle wash. I usually go for the second most basic one, $12 for a decent wash with underbody spray (necessary during Ohio winters.) Today it was the top of the line "ceramic" one. Was it cleaner? Better? I dunno. But it was good, and quick. And the free vacuums are powerful and have hoses that reach wherever. They give you a free wipe (and sometimes air freshener.) If I got my fairly old vehicle washed more often, I'd sign up for a club; they are a good deal. But for my more or less monthly visits, the $12 one works. read more

I was short on time but needed a car wash. I pulled up to the guy and asked for the lowfat wash and to please spare the speech as I didn't have much time to waste. He then proceeded with the upsell speech, and I asked again, please run my card I just need a car was. He tried to upsell again, and I said no thanks, just need a car wash, please run my card! This went on 2 more times, and I begged the guy to take my card as I refused to answer his questions. After the last time, I said forget it, I'm not getting a car wash then, please let me drive through. He refused to let me go forward and told me to get the "fuck out of there". I had to back up, and hit the lane divider when he told me to get the "fuck" out of there. I was shocked! All I needed was a car wash, not the harassment! He laughed when I hit the divider. I asked for a manager, and he said he was the manager which I found out later was a lie. I went home and called the corporate office (after sitting on hold for 23 minutes) and filed an incident claim. It's been over a week now, and have heard nothing from this company. There is very little if any car or concern from the staff revolving the quality of services or damages to your vehicle. It is by far the rudest and most unprofessional location out of all the locations I've utilized. I'm not sure where to start. First the lines were longer than normal, but staff was helping people with the machine to speed the line. The monthly wash line does move a lot faster than the regular wash. Compared to other Moo Moo they usually let one monthly go and one regular customer go, here it was two monthly to one regular. I have the Creme de la Creme unlimited membership, and I'm very satisfied with it. I come at least once a week, sometimes more, and I EASILY get my $32 of value from this membership every month. Free vacuums are a great bonus, the whipe and towel is a quick way to whipe down your car, and the air freshener smells really good in my opinion. I spend 15-20 minutes a week to run my car through the wash and vacuum it out. By doing this once a week, with their unlimited membership, it keeps my car looking brand new and smelling great. Like most car washes, if I didn't have an unlimited pass, I would manage expectations appropriately. If your car hasn't been washed in months, has caked on dirt or is really dirty, I wouldn't expect to have a squeaky clean car after a 60-90 second car wash. You'll leave disappointed. read more

I had a great car wash today. Car was dirty as heck from highway debris/muddy roads. Moo Moo Car Wash was very affordable. The whole wash car wash is $10, low fat is like $8 and fat free is $5. I really like the whole wash because of the waxes and protectants added. It makes my car look so much clear. Yes, it doesn't always get all the spots but as Tom H said, they'll make it right for you. When you finish the wash you can pull up to one of the vacuuming areas to vacuum your car and wipe off the remaining water on your car. It's really worth the entire experience. This is a quick go to for me when My car is in need of cleaning. There are a variety of wash options that range from $5-$18. I typically go with the Whole Plus wash and find that the added clear coat protectant makes my car look good. I will say that it sometimes feels like the shine doesn't last very long, but I'm admittedly picky when it comes to my car. The vacuums on site are free to use and have very good suction. There are even clips to add your mats to for convenient cleaning. One thing I will mention if you are new to the area, this car wash is located in a plaza and exiting can be tricky if you choose to use the vacuums after your wash and need to get back to the North Hamilton exit. Just be sure to follow the signs posted and you'll be safe from being blocked and from blocking traffic. read more

I'm not the biggest fan of touch-based carwashes, but this place does a good job of getting me clean when I need to get clean quickly. No discernible scuffing or marks to the vehicle or trim through multiple ventures. Of particular merit is also the location of the vacuums. I can vacuum BEFORE I wash the car without much difficulty moving around AND they let you leave the car wash to go vacuum afterward if you so choose. (I'm looking at you, UA Moo Moo) My car has never come out dirty. I'm not sure what people are experiencing, but when I do wash I choose the top-option because I'm a fancy dandy lad (self-confessed). I liked the complimentary dash washer and air freshner I got (along with a warm smile) from the girl who noticed I chose this option as well - apparently it came with being the big spender for the day/week/month. Overall, I've been on the earth long enough to experience crappy carwash places. Moo Moo is not one of them. Especially this location. The Pennzoil instant oil change next door is convenient too, though I prefer to get my oil changed in my own garage or mechanic so I can't comment on quality. I don't like instant lubes on principle. OEM Oil filter for my Hyundai, please. Something to consider regarding cleanliness: I take care of my car and wax it at regular intervals. When it gathers a bit of dust and I lack the time to detail, a run through Moo Moo does the job. So my experience may be related to the fact my car is typically clean and maintained to begin with, so the job of hosing it off is easier on the service. Not sure. Keep up the good work. read more

This is a huge shout out for Cody and Dana!!! Today, for the first time ever, I had an issue while getting my SUV washed; my rear wiper came off in the wash. Cody was quick to recover my wiper and tried to put it back on, but couldn't. We then went inside to wait for Dana to assist me. Dana was able to get my wiper reattached and all is well. Went in for a basic wash because a bunch of birds bombed the left side of my car. While the workers at the beginning were nice, I paid $18 for them to put soap on my car. They sprayed soap on my car, no water to get it off, no scrubbers, nothing. If their definition of a basic car wash is just spraying soap on your car so you can leave there with suds all over your car, they should advertise that. This is the first place I have ever gone where this is their thoughts of a basic wash. read more

Moo moo review I stopped by on a Friday afternoon on my way home from work, around 5.40 p.m. It had been a bad weather week and they had salted the roads so my car was looking rather nasty. I knew the lines would be terrible on Saturday so I thought I would try to beat the rush by going on Friday. I pulled into MooMoo and there was a short line of about 2 cars in each of the 2 lines. After waiting my turn, I pulled up and chose which wash I wanted. There were 4 choices and I chose the 3rd highest. After I put it in neutral as instructed, I went thru the wash and came out the other end. When I pulled away, I guess I expected it to be more dry than it was and for me to not have to use both my front and rear wipers but it was still quite wet. Pretty disappointing. I also checked to make sure the cover was on my spare tire in the rear since it has taken it off before but this time it stayed on. When I got home, I saw that the cover was on but not quite all the way. That seems to be a continuous problem with MooMoo. They don't clean the back of my husband 's small SUV well either. I've talked to a few other people who have had the same problem. MooMoo's equipment just doesn't seem to get the back of the small SUVs clean. As long as you're aware of this and willing to put up with it, they do an ok job, not a great job but it's better than having all that salt on your car. It definitely looked better afterwards than when it went in! However once you've looked at the pics I've attached, you may wonder. You may wonder why I keep going back. The N Hamilton location needs a MASSIVE overhaul. Between the "Team Lead" that has a serious case of RBF and attitude to boot. To the fact that you feel rushed, especially by that "Team Lead" to pull up almost touching bumper to bumper another car just so they can get more cars through when there is no line or rush but a desire to maximize their profits. Its gotten to the point that I go with my "Crem de la Crem" Unlimited Wash Pass to any other location but this one between the staff and the poor wash experience. The new location at Polaris/Maxtown is leaps and bounds better and is the only reason im still a member. read more

I frequent this location because it's convenient and the price for a basic wash is affordable ($8 for a basic wash and dry). The wash gets the job done, not squeaky clean, and usually the line moves pretty quickly even on busy weekend days. I don't think that the vacuums are nearly as strong as they used to be and it's difficult to get loose pet hair out. I swear the suction used to be way stronger. Have had an unlimited membership with them for too long. This location frankly sucks. Something is ALWAYS broken. More times than not they only have one lane open because the other isn't working. I came by this morning and spent 20 minutes waiting and then they came out and told us something in the wash broke and they didn't know how long it would take it get it working again. Well at that point I'm stuck with no way to get out. I came back later that afternoon and waiting 30+ minutes for a wash. I'm sorry but $33 a month and an hour wait for a wash is just both worth it. I've never used the oil change services here, but I am a regular car wash customer. I'm from Johnstown and I regularly drive out of my way to come to Hamilton Road just to wash my car. Why? A few reasons. 1. Reasonable price; the "full fat" was with all of the bells and whistles is $10. Which is a good price considering car washes that leave my car significantly less clean charge similar prices. And also because rainbow foam. Duh. 2. Quality; it's one the washes where you put your car in neutral and it pulls you through and does the work. I find this gives my car a more even clean and dry. 3. FREE VACUUMS; Yes, this is the selling point for me. Free vacuums work great and have a hose for each side of the car so there's no lugging a heavy hose around. Plus they aren't timed so you can actually take the time to clean properly without frantically feeding quarters into a loudly beeping vacuum. 4. Customer service; there's always someone on site if you need help. They're always friendly. All in all, I love this place. The best wash around! read more

After driving back from Bolivar on Sunday, my car became gross with bug guts all over it. My husband suggested we take it to the car wash, and immediately drove to this location. It was easy to find and easy to get into. The price point is pretty comparable to other car washes that I have been to. My biggest concern was whether or not the automatic wash would get all the gross bug bits off my car. We went through the wash, and when we were done - there were no more bugs! I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future. It bums me out that a growing business from my hometown is so shady. If you need a carwash or oil change, go ANYWHERE ELSE! I received a coupon with an oil change here, but I had to include a coin with the wash, which is fine, but it wasn't explained very well. Anyway, I came back with my kids and was pushed through the line. I tried to talk to the attendant because the coin would not work, but she ignored me. Another attendant ignored me when I questioned him, and seemed upset that I was not following the car in front of me bumper to bumper. I pulled in, but at the end of the wash, I had to put the car in drive to avoid a stopped car at the end of the line. The belt kept moving, and my car got damaged as a result. The store filled out a report, but ultimately denied any responsibility. The DM told the manager he would be willing to work with my insurance, bit my insurance refuses to get involved with them. Now the wash will not return my calls (every week for a month). I am not sure what to do, but the carwash sucked. read more
