I don't know why I went to this place again tonight. When I called the receptionist promised me a male masseuse because the women aren't as strong as I needed for me since most of them are avout less than 100 lbs and most of the time they brush they're breast on my hands and straddle you with their panties on my head sometimes not to mention the awkward obligatory pulling your underwear down. Yep they gave me a woman after promising a man. It was uncomfortable the whole time since I was furious the whole time thinking that I drove here and paid $45 for a less than satisfactory massage. I complained to the receptionist after and she just didn't care. I left there with $60 less and unsatisfied. Never coming there again. I had a wonderful 90 minute reflexology session with a 30 minute foot detox. The gentleman who did my bodywork was very good and I actually fell asleep (which never happens). The woman who helped me make the appointment was so kind and patient even as I had to rearrange my availability twice. I am a teacher and love to get massages. I used to belong to massage envy and I was tired of paying for an hour massage and getting 40 minutes once they let you change for 10 min before and after. First class reflexology to the rescue! I've always received a full 60 min no matter what! They may not always speak fluent English, but seriously, who cares! I was coming once a week for a while because of the price point ($35/hr). They would do a full body massage and I would fall asleep every time they would massage my feet!! I don't fall asleep easily at all. The pressure was always nice and firm and I always left feeling wonderfully worked over and relaxed. It's a bit different since you lay down in a room with a curtain( no doors) and the beds are not traditional massage tables. Just give the massage a chance! read more

Went yesterday for my first massage ever. It was my boyfriends and I's anniversary and I wanted to surprise him with a massage. Never again going to this place. The guy I had and the girl my boyfriend had were way too rough. When it came time to flip over to the other side I felt very violated as they just lifted up the towels when we were naked. Rather then relieving pressure we both came out with more. I thought they did a horrible job so I decided not to tip and the manager followed me to my car. Overall Great Massage...but I called and made an appointment for this location. It is usually difficult speaking with a Chinese massage location due to language barrier, but they had a receptionist who was American, and that was great. The lobby was nicely appointed, and the massage room adequate. Although the therapist was beyond excellent (I get massages all Over the U.S.), they use the very paranoid approach of curtains for doors, rather than a private door that closes. This made for a lot of noise of people talking outside the room and the noises from the streets. Difficult to relax when you hear people locking their cars outside (front door was open) as each car beeped and foot traffic up and down hall way. Why they don't put people as far away as possible from the door is puzzling. In any case the massage was very good, and I would recommend them if you can handle A lack of privacy an noisy conditions. read more

I have to tell you how much I love this place. Nothing fancy and it is a bit awkward the first time, however the massage reflexology is one of the best I have been to. The extended hours are awesome. You can usually get something the same day if you don't require a specific time. Location is easy in and out. I heard great things about this place. I was really excited about my massage. I decided to get the 60min reflexology and the 30 min detox. They asked me to do the detox first. As I placed me feet in the basin, they asked me to lie back. I didn't like this because the bed was flat and it was uncontrollable positioning. Massage was decent. I didn't like that the masseuse was talkative. What ruined the whole experience was right after my friends and I walked out of our massage rooms, we were harassed and cornered by the staff. They were forcing us for a tip. I didn't appreciate that at all. A tip is optional. I believe people should tip if they think they received a good service. Not be forced into giving a tip. I hope the owner teaches his/her staff about decent customer service. read more

We came here for 30 min. Reflexology foot massage and 30 min detox. They were 10 min late before they started foot massage. So they only did that for 20 min then 30 min detox. Worst massage of my life. I wanted a good deep tissue massage on my upper body only. I don't think the masseuse ever had a massage herself or she would know that what she did was not even close to being relaxing. A tv one point she pulled so hard on my head that I thought she was going to hurt my spine. Then she kept pulling at my pants, wanting me to take them off. I tried to tell her that I just wanted upper body but she was relentless. So I gave in. The whole thing was uncomfortable and I left feeling like I got hit by a truck. I have had several different masseuses and now I am having Marcus. He is totally professional and gives a very relaxing massage. He gets deep into some of the trouble spots and knows how to work out the "Kinks". Elements is a very clean facility and has a totally relaxing environment. We circulate all over the valley for foot spas. This is #1 out of 4 that we are repeat visitors too. We go once, sometimes twice a week to foot spas. We drive 74 miles round trip to come here. Its quite, clean, and the massage is our best. If your a repeat visitor and tip $3-$5 for a 90 min massage you can't expect a ton of effort, but you'll still get a good massage. If you can appreciate that this isn't an easy job and tip respectfully what you would want if you was doing this job then you will most defiantly get an amazing massage. i have found that most of the rooms have more than one person having treatments on the other side of shear curtains. very load down hallway and in front office due to inconsiderate people checking in. i have always requested a certain room that i found is the most private and serene, this time i was told that they cannot reserve a room for anybody, i told the person on the phone that i have always requested that room so i have a peacful hour or so. the massages have always been great, but hearing the noise and seeing other people thru sheer curtains are a turn off. read more

I have gone to many massage chains in the valley & I have found this place to be reasonably priced & the therapists are very warm & considerate. Micheal (Mike) did an excellent job today! I liked that he used firm pressure because I really needed it! If you are open to a different style I like the one hour reflexology. You still get neck and back massage as well as feet! I had a stellar detox foot bath and full body reflexology massage. AWESOME!! The staff is so polite and responsive and the facility is so clean and peaceful. The detox bath is the best way to start your session... it really gets you relaxed and comfortable. The reflexology is what it's all about... you can feel parts of your body responding immediately to the reflex points in your feet. I left feeling so relaxed, happy, and even lighter. I misunderstood the time they scheduled me. I Was 15 minutes late and they said they had no one to do the massage. I was booked for 90 minutes so who was gonna do mine in the first place if no one was there to do it? Crappy service and I think the woman lied to me. She didn't want me to wait there for my friend that was already there getting her massage. I fully intended to pay for the time I was late. After being referred by a friend, I came to Yelp to read the reviews before I booked a massage. Often, as with dive restaurants or bars, when reviews are split between horrible, 1-star reviews and stellar 5-star reviews, that's how you know they mean business. Compared to other massage places, yes, this place doesn't have fountains and fancy dimming lights, but I got an amazing hour-long massage for half the price of what another place would charge for less time. The masseuse might not speak perfect English, but the two front desk people who I interacted with were more than helpful. I booked the day of, only a few hours in advance and they were happy to help. I've been to my fair share of reflexology joints and I have to say that this one was by far the worst I've ever experienced. Let me stress that I also rarely ever write bad reviews unless the service was poor. I'd like to start out saying that I'm 5'4 and a small petite frame but I prefer deep tissue massages. The lady (whom I did not get the name of bc I won't be going back) who worked on me had no strength (I mean it felt like she was just merely gracing my skin) during the entire massage and I even specifically requested for more deep tissue when I made my appt. It's normal for the ladies to leave the room at certain times to change out the water or wash their hands but these two ladies that worked on my friend and I took extra long with each break. To top off the baby massage I was receiving, when I was laying on my stomach and she got on my bum (in that straddle position) to massage my back, she was sitting/squishing on my thigh. She wasn't well balanced and more squashing my left leg while on top of my back. She wasn't a light lady either. For the price of $35. Definitely was not worth it. I know I cannot compare a place in Scottsdale (where the competition is low) to the millions of amazing places in So Cal but I will tell you that if you're willing to drive, definitely go to Comfort Foot in Mesa, on Dobson and Southern. Amazing, amazing strong and friendly masseuses there! I never had a bad experience there. Only reason I decided to try this place out in Scottsdale was because of convenience since I live in North Scottsdale. Long story short, I won't return to this place due to poor massage and service. I would rather drive 25+ mi to the people at Comfort Foot because they do an awesome job every time no matter who works on me. read more

This place is right between Whole Foods and Trader Joe's on N Tatum Blvd. I need regular massages to keep the knots out of my neck and shoulders and also have some problems in the L4 area. I have come here twice as a drop in appointment and could not have been more pleased with my reflexology massages. No waiting, clean and comfy rooms. My first visit in August was for 60 minutes and for the second visit, just yesterday, I upped it to 90 minutes. I will definitely return when I'm in the area. read more
