Just left this venue. The gentleman who was at the front desk check in was beyond rude. He was hostile towards me for no reason. I had planned to book a combination 90 min appointment that I planned to pay cash and he was irritated from someone over the phone. He got loud with me when I tried to speak to him. I told him whatever he is going through not to take it out on me I'm just trying to get an appointment. He proceeded to get louder so I told him I'll take my business elsewhere. I have been there 5 times in a year and this is not the type of service anyone deserves. I'll never be back. read more

This is a literal hit and miss place. Last time, I had one of the females and she did an amazing job. This time I had one of the males. He literally beat the $$$$ out of me the entire time digging his elbows into me as hard as he could dig them. There was nothing relaxing or soothing about the massage. Prior to the massage, I was asked if I wanted Sea Salt add on. Just say no to this. He rubbed the sea salt so furiously on my skin that I thought it would bleed. It felt like he was rubbing sandpaper on my legs. It hurt immensely and the more I winced and said it hurt, the more he continued. There was also a language barrier. He spoke very little English. The person massaging me had a hard on when I got up and giggled as if he thought it was funny. I will never go back to this place again. read more

horrible. worst service i've ever received ever. the lady who was doing my foot massage/back massage was absolutely too rough and i told her several times that it hurt. she used the scrub (which cost an extra $10) the entire foot massage and it felt like she was scrubbing my skin off, burning it. when i got to the back massage part she was massaging my bones as hard as she could. she said "is this okay" i said no. she kept going as hard as she could. i have a hard time with speaking out when im uncomfortable and she didn't listen to me. when i went to pay, it was $60 and i tipped $5 which is generous considering it was absolutely terrible, but again i have a hard time speaking out and feel bad if i don't tip. when the guy at the front looked at my receipt he said "no more tip? it wasn't good?" and pointed at their tip chart which showed ridiculous prices for the horrible service they did. my whole entire back HURTS. not like i just got knots rubbed out of my back, it hurts like someone was being extremely aggressive. i'll be interested to see if bruises form on my back tomorrow. would not recommend this place to my biggest enemy. just terrible. read more

They were highly recommended to me. Um, yeah, no. I get regular massages, like once a month for over 20 years, at home from a trained, licensed (key) massage therapist. I was visiting the area and needed something. So I have a frame of reference on what to expect. I highly suspect none of them are trained and licensed. What the hell is that technique. I'd do the foot thing again, maybe. But if the chance came up, I'd never do the body part. It was like someone was just jabbing away at me, roughly. I asked him to lessen his pressure a couple of times. And, I'm pretty open with my normal massage therapist but even she doesn't get into my glutes and ass like he did. 90 minutes for $65 + tip is a great price all things considered. The masseur was strong and put hard pressure like I asked the entire 90 minutes. Techniques were good but recommend slower kneading and use more oil when massaging the arm and shoulders. When there's not enough oil and masseur is pressing and kneading with dry hands it feels like your skin is getting ripped off. Apart from that, I recommend and would consider coming back. read more

I've been twice now and both times were great. First time me and my friends got the 30 minute foot reflexology and wished we had signed up for a longer session because it was so good. Me and my husband went again and got the 60 minute combination (foot reflexology plus back accupressure). HOLY WORKOVER. Our Masseuses destroyed our muscles (in the best way). They found some very painful knots and tight muscles/tendons on both of us and made sure to release them. I've been having hip pain for weeks even though I swim, do yoga, and roll out my muscles at home; my masseuse found the culprit and released it and my whole left side is feeling so much better afterward. My husband even had his jaw realigned! Next time we go we'll be getting the foot detox. I've had all kinds of massages and while most are relaxing, this seems to be the best to actually to heal/improve your body. Pros: Clean, efficient, effective, professional, worth the price. Cons: when it's busy the establishment can be louder, it's not private, and there could be interruptions. My first go around my masseuse had to answer multiple phone calls while massaging me because of how busy it was. The cons are all trumped by the pros in my mind. read more

Apparently (it says this NOWHERE), you have to mention the website discount when you book the appointment in order to get that price! WHAT?!
