Moving here from out of town. Should've went to military base to do laundry. My short time with them: -bathrooms were clogged between fecal and urine -Roaches that almost came across my feet -Very much of a rude staff so police were called to have a police report and documented The cherry on top Came out of work late, had to go to a gym to take a quick shower just to have enough time to wash and dry my clothes for work in the morning. I put my clothes in at 10:14 PM to wash for 20 minutes then in the dryer for 30 minutes. By the time my clothes were ready, the doors automatically locked. I've seen another male showing frustration to trying to open the doors by force in which I did not step out of my car just for my safety. I sent a text message to the phone number provided (in which was never even looked at) explaining that my clothes are locked in and expressed my sincere apologies. When I did not get no notification back or even my message being read, I reached out and called that number. A male answered the phone stating a few things.: -" can't you read?" -" they open up at 6:30" (even though the sign say 6 AM) -" where in bed and not on the location, what do you want us to do?" Afterwards abruptly hung up after I inform him I cannot leave my clothes unintended even though I do have to go to work. I avoided on going to his level and didn't try to engage in an argument whatsoever. So I had to reach out to police to have a police report as a paper trail to make sure that I'm not trespassing because I have to sit out here till 6 AM in order to get my uniform out of the dryer. The service was so terrible that I do not wish it upon anyone. It was already a hard day getting off work late doing extra overtime, but the yelling & being very disrespectful had cross the line. This will be the end of supporting local or family businesses from me. The biggest advice: support black owned businesses, and avoid giving my hard earned money to those who mistreat, have the audacity, and a sense of entitlement to downplay customers. I forgive you personally because I don't want to have hate or any animosity towards another person so may keep my goals within reach to accomplish later this year. This is the first rating I have ever written. I got wash and fold service here and they either gave half of my laundry to the wrong person or it was stolen. I am not rich, but I had to get this service because I had to work an extreme number of hours and couldn't function without sleep so I had them do it so I could sleep. I pray they find out what happened. read more

In town after our cruise got canceled because of weather and made spontaneous trip to Savannah and had no clean clothes. This places was great! The owner is courteous and so sweet! read more

We stopped in a hotel in Savannah in between beach rentals and we had a huge bag of laundry. Miss K was so helpful when I called and said she could do our laundry right away. It was a 6 minute drive from our hotel and while I was initially skeptical by the location, I was so impressed by the customer service and quick turnaround around. She told me she could have it done in a few hours and an hour later she called me to let me know it was finished. read more

Simple place, on-site manager, kept pretty clean, washers seem well maintained. I'm particularly glad that it's all front-load washers, easier on my clothes. Uses chargeable laundry cards sold by a vending machine, has vending machine for soap too. Well-lit, TVs but no wifi, limited number of fixed hard plastic chairs, lots of parking, kinda dull exterior in a working-class neighborhood. Was on business travel and needed to do laundry. Dropped of laundry in a plastic bag. All you do is weigh the bag and the cost to wash and fold was approx $1.00 a pound. Outstanding service in every way. Quick turnarounds too. I think Mr. Brown is the proprietor! read more

Craziest thing I have ever heard is you can't just dry. I have been using this place for a few weeks now since I just moved here my washer arrived but not my dryer yet so I have been coming to use the dryer only. This being my third time doing so the caretaker tells me "you can't do that" never have I ever heard of such a thing, turning away a customer cause they don't want to use the washer?? Nice place, very clean and pleasant people but that's crazy and just lost any of my buisness. read more
