The first time I called, I informed the agent about the places we were looking to go in Europe. She told me the agency specializes in Europe and sounded like she could provide useful information about those places. She also stated that she would gather the information and she will send it to me via email no later than Monday since I had called her on Friday. After several days with no email or contact from the lady, I called her again asking her about the information. She told me that she would send me the information via email later in the day. Well, the day came and went and the email never arrived. To this day, I never got the email and never received any phone call back from the agent about my request for more information. We decided to look for another agency instead. Aldine clearly didn't want my business.
