I hired FC Valet to park cars for our NYE wedding at Revolution Brewing in Chicago. The men who parked our guests' cars were so professional! They showed up early and stayed later than originally planned. All of the guests arrived within about a half hour time span, and the guys handled them all efficiently. beware! beware! beware! wish i could give this business no stars!!!! i valet my car with fc valet saturday jan, 22 2022 at perry steakhouse. i was celebrating my birthday. i texted "car" to the number provided so they can have my car ready. i get outside, my car is sitting exactly where i left it. i asked the manager (short black guy) didnt want to give me his name where is my car key. he said " did you give us a key" im like yessss. he then say "oh your car key is stuck in your ignition that's why we couldn't move your car. im like wtf you mean. he say as we were starting your car up i kept pressing down on the brake like why yall would do that?? i had to end up towing my car. the mechanic said someone put a foreign key in my ignition so when they tried to put my car key in, it got stuck! valet was not paying attention and forced the wrong key in my ignition. the mechanic also said they ass disconnected my battery from my car. like it was my birthday so i was mad upset. and to top it off, the black guy (manager) and the hispanic valet who said he work on cars was laughing at me. told me my car was broke hahah really please do not valet your car with them, they will mess it up then blame it on you! no manager to speak with, they will tell you to file a claim through email, smh! i spoke with a lady who then told me to ask for todd, i called back today, she said todd (manager) will be out for a couple weeks, go file your claim through email, smh all bad read more

My girlfriend used this service at Sherman hospital yesterday.The valet left out window down as it down poured for the 3 hours while they were inside. Her laptop, baby carrier and clippers were all in the back seat. We called them and asked for these item's to be fixed/replaced. They are refusing to fix or replace the items that were damaged. Now mind you the valet left the window down, a window that was up in the first place. We were not asking for the lawn chairs, the car seat cradle, the bottles of hair product, that were soaked just the items that were damaged. Now we are out $1600 for the laptop $120 for a moldy baby carrier and $300 in clippers. ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE! Thanks for ruining our stuff. read more

This is the second time we used FC Valet for similar events. The first time, they showed up late and we had more guests than parking attendants. However, the most recent time we used this company, they arrived on time and were attentive to all guest parking situations and were professional the whole way through. So right before New Years I went for dinner. I used FC valet service. Left, went home & the next day I go start my car from the house & my remote start is missing. I called the mgr Nick on his cell phone. I told him it must of fell off and if I have to replace it go half at least. We didn't have too. He pressed his guys to look for it. Found it! It was the principle of the matter. I'm a business owner myself & service stands close to integrity. This guy Nick did the right thing. If I could give this company less than one star I would. While parked in the valet section of the parking garage at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, I had an altercation with an employee of First Class Valet. When I returned to my vehicle, my passenger side doors were keyed. The incident was later reported to patient relations at the hospital which then communicated my grievance to First Class Valet. Instead of addressing the damage, they hid behind their insurance policy. While it is disappointing that the damage would not be covered by their insurance company, it is shameful that there is no accountability for the childlike, destructive behavior of the First Class Valet employee. As a consumer, I would avoid the use of First Class Valet's service if you value your personal safety and the safety of your vehicle and belongings. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. About 6 months ago I was searching for a Valet company because my wedding reception was in the West Loop and my venue does not offer parking. My friend recommended FC Valet, as he knew someone who worked there and they extended a friends and family discount to me. I was extremely happy to find a company a friend recommended and was able to get a discount - I paid in full and my wedding coordinator followed up 1 week before to confirm the service. Come the day of our wedding, the valet NEVER SHOWED UP, so my guests had to find parking in the West Loop and pay for it out of their own pocket. The level of embarrassment when arriving to my venue from my ceremony was unreal. I had just experienced an absolute high from marrying the love of my life to then find out I had to face my guests and apologize to them for the inconvenience - my father even addressed it in his speech. Thankfully I received a full refund and then some (after calling and emailing multiple times days after our wedding), but I would not hire this company for an important event. read more

So thankful to FC Valet for helping to make my event as SUCCESS! From beginning to end the experience was seamless. Within hours of sending an email for service I was sent a detailed proposal including a google map of my property and proposed parking plan for the night. As a professional event planner I can't tell you how thankful I am when vendors solve problems instead of creating them! The crew showed up on time and had their own signage for outside of my dealership directing traffic flow. I didn't have to worry about a thing. We had the right about of staff where my guests were able to park efficiently while still remaining affordable. Overall I think the valet made a great impression on my guests and was a nice touch for not too much additional cost. The crew was very professional and handled working outside in the cold with smiles on their faces for my guests. They even stayed a little later than expected since a few of my guests stayed. I will absolutely work with First Class Valet again. Thanks for the great event!! read more
