I had my account for 1 1/2 weeks and you guys treated me like shit the moment I called to try and rectify the situation and after I thought it was rectified, you tell me that what I was told was not the truth and that I still need to verify something you had already authorized for payment and then you proceeded to tell me you sent the check only for me to wait and push my bills back yet an additional week, for there to be no check ever being sent because you never had intentions on sending it. Don't know what I was thinking...the only credit card I had was a BP card & they wouldn't give cash back on a purchase. The Customer Service Rep politely asked how much cash I needed (only $20) and said he could look up my acct. by other means and help me. With my ss# and signature, I got my cash and went back to pick up my dinner items. Don't know why there are so many negative comments that float around about Fifth Third. Lost a few cards to stolen wallets, Todd had a new card in my hand in less than a week. We're on a first name basis now with how often I have questions about the way an account, a card or a service works. It will also be a nice branch for OTR residents. The tellers I've encountered have been friendly which is a lot to say as I usually swing by near closing time. The branch is small but completely full service and while it lacks a parking lot, there is often a spot either on Main or nearby. There is an ATM outside that will gladly spit out some $20's for your Gateway Quarter craziness.
