The notary and supposed manager by the name of Jeanette Trujillo, refused to help him and provided no reason as to why and said she wasn't comfortable. He has been a customer with Fifth Third Bank for over 40 years. Why work for a bank when you refuse to help your customers? Might I mention that he is a Black man. She didn't even try to pull up his information. She completely turned him away with no explanation. DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS LOCATION.

The parking lot is a little sparse and the organization of the place can be a little frazzly. But honestly, the staff are always great and they get the job done. It's usually pretty empty, even when I've been here on Saturday afternoons. The only complain I have is that it can be a little confusing with having to meet with the reps (mortgage, credit cards, etc.). There's no designated area and they say it's "first come, first serve" but no one is keeping track of who came first. Leaving it to the general public and the honor system for things to go based on "first come, first serve" is putting a lot of faith in people. Like today, I was definitely there first but I had to confirm with the tellers that they just wanted us all to congregate and huddle next to the booth to wait to talk to a rep. Organization could use some work, but all in all this Chase gets the job done and customer service is always better than average.
