From June 22 - 25, I went to 1st Credit Union (CU) in Queen Creek to deposit money into Share Branching from my account in San Tan Valley, AZ to my account at the Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union in Kailua-Kona, HI. It seemed like the entire 1st CU staff was on my side to resolve this issue. I am very grateful to the competent 1st CU staff which includes the following individuals: Liam, Lauren, Sheryl, and Amerie. They were very friendly and tried their best to get my problems with Share Branching resolved. It turns out that my account in Hawaii had issues that had to be resolved before I could deposit any money into my account. On the last day, June 25, my money was deposited successfully. The entire staff came out clapping and joyful. I felt that the staff was very helpful, resourceful, friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable of my issues. They are just plain outstanding. 0 stars. They were the company my car note went through. Then they offered me a 0 interest credit card so I said sure. It's been 6 months I've called 4 times never once received a credit card but it shows up on my credit score and my account info. No clue where it is everytime I call in they say management will call but over 6 months calling occasionally I've never heard anything back a single time. Abysmal service, they're nice when you call in but the resolution is always "we just won't call or email you back" Depository institutions need to be held to a standard: I still don't even know who had a credit card with my name on it or who's phone number is the main one associated with me account: it's sure as hell the wrong area code read more

So BAFCU was bought out by them. The transition is hell. They've pulled money out of my account twice in an attempt to "adjust the withdrawal", and both times they've fixed their mistake, because it was unnecessary. Now it's happened again, and it's put me in negative. What's worse is you try to call and they just don't ever get to you. Even if you sign up for the call back. Awful awful bank. When I confronted them about how they've messed with my money, the response I get is "oh but it's fixed now." Well, answer my call, fix the problem so I can close my account with you guys and go to an actual respectable bank. Embarrassing. Edit: Wait time over the phone is horrendous, and they'll straight ignore you if it's towards closing time. 2nd Edit: They've acknowledged the system took out money twice for one transaction and ended up giving me my money back. The dumb thing is because it put me in neg, what was given back was used to pay the stupid negative balance off despite it being their fault it was negative to begin with. Do not Get a loan from here!! I have got a loan for my car. they charge you to make payments over the internet and by phone! the only way to make a payment is to walk it in or mail it. Walking in a paymayment they make feel like a criminal. They call the main brant to see if its okay for you to make a payment on your loan! They lost my doable payment of 886.00 Telling me it was never received. Which I put it in the night deposit. I had to cancel my check of course it cost me money... =( read more

This location is right next to my work and is incredibly convenient. I have been a member of this bank for 6+ years after converting from Satan's Lair (BofA). They are incredible as a banking establishment. I have been VERY happy with this company as a whole. Unfortunately my boyfriend handles the finances so I do not have the specifics on his experience (look for Seann C.) but we have adored them and they have gotten to know us personally at the Tempe location. They're knowledgeable, nice and do not take me for all that I have (low standards from my abuse at BofA). I am loyal and will stay until I potentially move from the state. :) read more

Don't ever come to this location to pay someone else's car payment because if you don't know the address but you have your ID last 4 of your social and the account number they will turn you away from making the payment! Be sure don't try to pay other people's bills if you're trying to commit fraud here people. read more

puppies first credit Union for I don't know my entire baking life I used to have it in Philadelphia and I still have an Arizona so used to is the wrong word. so I scored pretty high because I've had it for a long time I like credit Unions, but there are few issues that I always had with first credit Union. Nowadays they do not have weekend hours at all so that really sucks, they're also not open past 5 p.m. at most locations 6 p.m. at some locations so if you're a nine-to-five type person or if you're similar to me and your career has taken you are like your hours are sometimes 12-hour days it's tough to get to your bank. I will add nowadays it's not like you have to cash your checks or not allowed people use cash with venmo and cash app out now but at the same time convenience is sometimes an issue. One thing I do like is that they have a pretty good online support recall in 24 hour support and so far not bad they're great if you've ever had your card stolen or had weird charges pop up their grade at fighting there so I give him credit there. The people that I've met their I've always been great, I even got my I did my first mortgage for my the first home that I bought you first credit Union it was a pretty easy process through them I will say there was one snack food that honestly I should give this a 3-star because of it but at the same time it got fixed it was just irritated cost cost a little cash because of it but it's okay. Once again I mean they taking care of my money my money markets everything else not super irritated once again if you're the type of person that is modern was money first credit Union will work for you. One more thing this is this is the main location I like going to because they're open later I like the people a lot more there and they always seem to have a nice little Pepe attitude to him plus they have those hard lightsaver Kati so I give him credit read more

The woman I talked to spent 45 minutes on the phone with me sitting at her desk while she ignored me. I spoke to three people and the only one who said they were sorry for my loss was the manager who dropped by for 5 minutes to see why I was so upset.
