I've had my Chase Amazon credit card and use it religiously for many many years. I've been told by 4 representatives that my credit limit has been cut in half for " not using it to the maximum limit ". Never a balance, never a late fees ever. Spectacularly poor business policy. Chase Bank is the worst bank ever when it comes to trying to transfer money from your accounts to another financial institution (again your own account). If I did not have everything tied up with this bank, I would transfer all of my business. I will try to move all of my businesses funds!!! read more

Branch manager Paula has a training issue with several of her staff with respect to customer service. I thought the first engagement of disregard by the teller was simply an individual having a bad day. Today however I was met by another teller showing complete disregard when I asked to speak to a banker about opening what would be our 7th account with chase. For background, we are opening a trust account w a large deposit that required both my wife and I to take off work and sign paperwork after waiting 4 days for the legal department to approve. With 35min until closing, we were told by a supervisor "we don't have time as we are closing at 5" to assist you. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Wanted to charge me $10 to cash their own check because I don't have an account with them. I never will now!!

This is one of the branches we frequent the most, and have consistently had good service. The tellers are usually very upbeat, and I do not remember the details but the last time hubby and I stopped by together we got into a brief but fun conversation with the lady that assisted us, we literally laughed out loud. Also, on a recent trip I saw a lady customer mistreat a young employee. The employee's name was Chayanne and I think she did a great job, she was also very poised and patient with this woman. I regret that I did not stand up to the customer, but I did make sure to tell Chayanne she did a great job helping me and handling such a rude customer. And I apologized to her in behalf of all of us decent human beings. Said customer later on probably noticed I had witnessed her rudeness and tried to make conversation with me saying such young people are inexperienced and useless and should not work there. I gave her the evil eye and let her know Chayanne did a wonderful job helping me and addressing my questions. I think we all are allowed to have a bad day here and there, but nothing justifies such rudeness. read more

This is the worst bank I've ever seen. Stopped to get change for Corrado tonight for our Italian Club. Because I don't have an account (I quit this bank 5 years ago because of bullshit like this) they woulld only give me change for $100 instead of $200. Unbelievable! I'll never bank here, ever! I dont' like to go to banks. I prefer direct deposit and getting cash when I checkout at the grocery or at Circle K or the like. I've had to go inside this location a couple times. Both times, I was approached by an employee who asked what I needed to do, who then sat me at a "banker's desk", where they took care of my transactions, without standing in line. Nice! read more

I love this Chase branch. I consistently receive excellent customer service. I had a horrible experience at the branch on Shea and Tatum. The younger male employee helped customers who arrived after me before he helped me and then didn't even do what I asked him to do (order new cards). This branch rectified the situation and apologized for his unprofessional behavior. This is a 5- star branch! read more

I was greeted right away. Since Chase is doing away with the drive through service I had to come inside. I brought my 5 week old baby in with me. The greeter (Jesus) offered to take care of my check deposit and withdraw while I waited comfortably sitting in the waiting area. He informed me about the ATM service where I can deposit checks and explained the Chase app to me. I'm so glad Jesus explained this to me as I have 2 kids, one being a newborn and it is hard to bring them into the bank. 5's for this location read more

Every time I walk in here, I feel like a VIP. They greet me right away, direct me to the right banker, offer me cool bottle of water, which is great in the heat. Most services I use charge no fee, which is a welcome change compared to Wells Fargo or Bank of America. This location provides prompt attentive service. read more

I sat down with a personal banker and found out different ways chase offers to maximize my money that I never knew I could do! The lollipops they give at the front counter are really good! Ask for the grape flavored one! I think it comes in a violet colored wrapper! If theyre out of grape then choose the strawberry one....very yummy too !!! read more
