As a parent it is so hard to find trustworthy people to help raise your children, and His Kids is part of our "village". My son has done 2 years of the preschool program and 1 year of the pre-kindergarten program and his knowledge is really advanced. More important than academics, however, is the love and patience every teacher has for the students. I feel like there is a really good balance of play and activity with learning. My daughter will be starting His Kids this fall and I am so happy to have such a safe learning environment for her to go to. We love His Kids!!!

Upon visiting, Cindra Kallabis, the school's director, graciously explained the curriculum, walked me through an average day, answered all of my questions, and let me simply explore the school. The preschool offers a full course of preschool academics, play (you have got to SEE the outdoor playground!!), crafts, dance and movement (they have a full DANCE studio), and bible lessons. My son loved the school, its amazingly kind and loving staff, and all its seasonal celebrations and events (e.g. Christmas Program, Trike-a-Thon, Water Day)! The first time I visited the school, I was skeptical because it seems small. But man! They make the…read morelimited space count! This place is the real deal. Every one of their staff members knows both of my kids by name, and they have been so flexible working with me and my husband as we've had to reconfigure schedules, catch up on vaccinations, decide whether or not to have our 4 year old nap, etc. My kids come home with adorable crafts almost every day, and my oldest is learning seasons, months of the year, days of the week, etc. The best indicator, though, is that whenever my kids would have a clingy morning when I dropped them off ("Mom! Don't leave! We don't want to go to school," etc), inevitably, when I picked them up, they would always say, "Mom, we had a GREAT day!" And then proceed to tell me about all the fun they had. Teachers are great, staff is flexible, friendly, and attentive; safety protocols are strong, and there are no screens--period. We are so grateful to have found Placerville Preschoolers. If you're looking for a solid preschool program or an excellent daycare option, Miss Deanna and her team are world class. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My son would come home with bruises and bite marks on him. The director Kelly is the worst! She is very unprofessional with the way she handles her work.
