I highly recommend Mike for any home inspection needs. He conducted my pre-drywall,…read morepre-walkthrough, and one-year inspections for my new construction home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his work. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. His reports are detailed and comprehensive, complete with clear photos, explanations, and practical recommendations. He identifies both major and minor issues that most homeowners wouldn't even know to look for. His pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the peace of mind he provides, which is invaluable when you're purchasing a $500,000 home. Don't assume you don't need an inspection just because your home is newly built. Having an expert like Mike on your side makes all the difference. He sent the report to both us and the builder. By the time of my walkthrough, the builder's superintendent already had the report in hand and walked me through everything they had corrected based on Mike's findings, all before the walkthrough even took place. I'm truly grateful for Mike's expertise and highly recommend his services.

Michael was outstanding to work with from start to finish. His depth of knowledge, professionalism,…read moreand attention to detail made the entire home inspection process feel thorough, transparent, and reassuring. He took the time to carefully assess every major system and component of the home, and he explained his findings in a way that was clear, practical, and easy to understand--even for items that were more technical. What really set Michael apart was how approachable and patient he was. He welcomed questions, walked us through potential concerns without creating unnecessary alarm, and provided realistic context around maintenance versus true issues. His experience was obvious in how efficiently he worked while still being incredibly detailed. Thanks to Michael, we feel far more confident moving forward with our home purchase. If you want an inspector who is knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping you understand the condition of your home, Michael is an easy choice. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a high-quality home inspection.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more Was recommended by my realtor and I was in a hurry so didn't vet and wow, that was a mistake. Dude missed all kinds of low-hanging things and fixated on some stuff that really didn't matter. He cleared a bunch of equipment that didn't even work and so far I'm out a chunk fixing things I could have put on the previous home owner. As I type, there's a repairman in my garage changing out the gear on the doors, which got a clean bill of health. My friend felt so bad they ended up throwing me a couple grand to help with the repairs. Save yourself the hassle and find someone better. Also check, double check, triple check every single thing yourself. Expensive mistake to learn, thanks for the lesson Kelleher!

Did a home inspection and missed some HUGE issues - like the pigeons nesting under the solar panels…read moreand their feces all along the back porch. Tried to say that it was too cold to check the AC so now we have 30k to replace both units. He could have looked at the coils and the air handler that is in the attic - but he didn't. How about the breakers that constantly trip and had to get those fixed? Not mentioned. Also said it was too cold to check the irrigation system. Why could he not have just run it for 5 minutes so he could have seen all the leaks that we had to repair? He missed blatant toilet leaks. But he DID mention missing light bulbs. Yeah, because that is much more important to note than the HVAC, irrigation, electrical and pest control issues. Thanks to his TERRIBLE home inspection, we are now having to spend tens of thousands of dollars to fix some very obvious issues.
