We had some idea of what we wanted however Gabino gave me his valued profesional opinion. Gabino drew up a sketch and we were very please with the sketch he drew up for us. not only Gabino customized our order he compleated the entire order under a week.We were surprised and delighted when he called and stated hes was going to install the next day. I called and Ricky gave me an idea of how much it would be then came out and looked at current gates we talked about price and he gave me to options. Gate with solor or gate with power and I went with solor. He was out that next day putting up the cement then 4 days later came back to do gate. He is very professional, you could tell he gets very busy at time. He does give you a time and doesn't show but he will always call and apologize. All in all is was good. He had alot of bad reviews but I still went with him. I decided not to pay up frount and he was totally ok with that. Like I said he was very professional and my fince looks very very nice. Recently my wife and I had decided that the gate we had at our business was no longer doing its job, so we decided to shop around and look for a local business to help with our needs. Upon doing so one of the fence guys that came out happened to be Ricky and his crew, Ricky was very knowledgeable and answered every one of our questions very thoroughly. He came out on the day he said he would to set posts and within a few days the job was completed as promised. The automatic gate works perfectly, after a week we tried the remote in my wife's car unfortunately it didn't work. He replaced a white fence in front of my sun porch and he kept the original design but his looks better and thanks to his recommendation, it's MUCH stronger! He suggested I use metal posts since the last posts rotted out and everything else is wood and you can't tell the difference from the new one he installed and the old one! I was very pleased with the alternating panel design element on the first fence (a wooden fence with metal poles). The second was a chain link fence and I can now enjoy the view out the back windows. When I first called them they scheduled the appointment for the same day which I thought was impressive, after they came out we agreed on a price and they started on the job, what they told me would take 2 weeks only took about a week. They installed an automatic gate for us more than ten years ago, and we are very pleased with it.
