I appreciate the knowledge the workers bring, they usually understand some of the older setups I have in my house and what they are the way they are. The staff is respectful, always covering shoes and explaining everything really well. Prices may be slightly higher than other places but having an expert install things correctly the first time is worth it. This round I had them replace a basement toilet, fix a not working faucet and diagnose water pressure issues.

Chris came out next day and snaked the drain all the way out to the road, and it ran clear. The cost for the Visit and the clean out was very reasonable! Chris suggested that if it happened again, she should have them come out and look with the camera. He thought maybe it was an old sewer cap that had fallen down there and was blocking the line. Sure enough, a couple weeks later, the sewer backed up again. So today (next day service), Arthur came out and sent a camera down.... they were right! it was an old sewer cap blocking the line! There's no real way to get it out easily, But Arthur managed, using a magnet. Immediately the sewer drained! so hopefully that is the end of that problem. the cost for today's visit was again incredibly reasonable. Good guys. Fast work. Well trained and knowledgeable! They supposedly ran 75ft of cable to snake it - only to tell us it couldn't be unblocked with just a snake and we needed to do a $1500 jet power flush. I felt like they were giving us the run around, so I gave John a call - he came in personally on his day off and was able to power through the blockage with his cable. That's it! No add ons, or extras! John and his team are absolutely our primary plumbers from here on out, no question!
