This time, I came in for a haircut and my stylist, Becky, was absolutely wonderful. Becky truly listened to my needs and demonstrated her expertise and kindness throughout the session. I was pleasantly surprised by the Redken products used at the salon. Not only did they work wonders on my hair, but their subtle fragrances were really nice. Becky also shared that Redken provides significant support in terms of education and knowledge to the Hair Loft team, which was evident in the way she handled my hair and how she educated me on my options. As someone who has been using henna for years, I was interested in lightening my hair. However, I was aware of the potential reactions between henna and bleach. Becky took the initiative to research my specific brand of henna and consulted with the Redken support team. Although I wasn't a candidate for lightening, she proposed some glazing options to blend my grays seamlessly without a drastic demarcation line. Moreover, she gave me the best haircut I've had in years! What made my experience even more special was Becky's kindness beyond the salon chair. Being new to town, she provided me with a recommendation for a chiropractor and offered to assist with any other local recommendations, from restaurants to doctors.
