They all know your child and love your child. Miss Wulan and Miss Ann Marie were her home room teachers and wow. These woman.. they don't make them like this anymore! Positive, loving, personal, engaged are only a few ways to describe them. They have been absolutely instrumental to Logan's growth and experience. She has thrived and become a social butterfly. These teachers never look tired and are always up beat. Ms Chrystal at the front desk always welcomes you with warmth and familiarity and never judged how many incident reports my daughter had. I was always met with comfort and understanding whenever I was worried about something my Daughter had done! And the school is owned and managed by Penny who is a GEM of a human being. From the very first visit, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell the team really loves what they do. Our main teacher is always so happy around the children, you can feel her joy, and it really stood out compared to other places we toured. All the teachers are kind and smiling, and they take the time to connect with both the children and the parents. It's such a warm, supportive environment. Literally everyone is so nice! Another huge factor for us was safety and peace of mind. As a parent, being able to drop off your child without worrying is everything, and this preschool makes that possible. The classroom ratios are low, the environment is always clean, the sign-in process is secure, and they're thoughtful about food and nutrition. We've also had no issues with recurring colds or back-to-back illnesses, which has been such a relief. All of that makes a big difference. They've also been incredibly flexible, willing to work with us to make sure our child feels comfortable, whether that means bringing a favorite stuffy from home or making food & drink accommodations. They even have an easy, healthy lunch ordering system, which has been such a plus for our busy mornings. There are always fun activities and themes planned, plus special events like Splash Days and the petting zoo! We get daily updates (naps, meal times) and photos, which we look forward to every day. They worked with us closely to devise a customized plan involving both a permanent nanny (whom they helped us hire) and supplemental temp coverage. It has worked out very well for us overall. With their help we were able to find excellent nannies and they've been consistently present with us since the beginning. Having an agency that we trust has also been key during times of crisis. We've faced both injury and illness with our primary nanny, and Choice Options was always able to find coverage on short notice. We have no family in the area, so that "safety net" has been essential for us.

Most of the complaints I am seeing are about behaviors of children being children. Your kids are gonna get hurt from scratches and mischief and general curiosity-unless you put them in a plastic bubble their whole life. Kids are gonna share germs and lice and all other nonsense because they are kids! Hell most adults still don't follow proper hygiene yet these people expect it of these kiddos? The bottom line is that this daycare is amazing. They are flexible to your parenting style, they communicate very well and offer options that most daycares (including larger chains like kindercare) haven't even dreamt of yet. The staff genuinely love all of the kids, not just the ones in their classrooms- ALL of them. They offer so much to our community at an economical price. That being said, not everyone will fit in here and finding the right daycare is like dating- sometimes you have to try a few to find the right one, sometimes you win on your first try. Regardless, you will find what makes you happy and the staff at LEP offer a lot so don't pass them up.

DO NOT ENROLL HERE. my husband and I were trying to enroll our children and had discontinued…read moreservices with other childcares (as our children were at two different care centers due to availability) when we decided to enroll our children here. my husband took a tour and I could not make it due to Work obligations, but we were told to fill out one sheet of paper and that they would be able to start the following Monday. Come to find out there was a slew of documentation which needed to be filled out prior to start, which was fine, except for the fact that we declined filling out the food form as well as the cream form for applying creams to children's rashes in private and non-private areas. When we decided to decline, we were told that we are unable to decline those forms and that we would not be able to enroll our children if we did not agree to allow them to apply cream to our children. This was very disturbing to hear. After speaking to their compliance officer, Heather, I was told that we should just find a new facility although we had already made arrangements to bring them here and disrupted our entire routine. They are definitely not following state law to allow parents the right to refuse to allow their children to have the application of ointments/creams to their children's nether regions further it is also illegal to require us to fill out the food form stating that they would get reimbursement when we were uncomfortable with sharing that information. This business is not running things how they should be nor legally, for that reason we will not be attending and I will be reporting them to the state. This is very disturbing. Do not send your children here if you are wanting to decline certain things to which parents are rightfully allowed to decline.
