​There aren't enough words to truly capture how much Whiz Kidz means to our family, but when I think about #whywelovewhizkids, it comes down to years of absolute trust, genuine love, and unmatched care. We have a long history with Whiz Kidz, and from day one, they have felt less like a childcare provider and more like an extension of our own family. ​Our journey started back in 2021 when we first enrolled my son. From that very first drop-off, the staff and leadership blew us away with their incredible responsiveness and warmth. Every single interaction we've had across the years has been so incredibly genuine. You can tell immediately that the people who work here aren't just doing a job--they truly love what they do and deeply care about the children in their rooms. ​Watching my son grow, thrive, and ultimately graduate from Whiz Kidz in 2025 was such a milestone for us. The graduation they put together was, without a doubt, the cutest ceremony I have ever seen in my life! It was a beautiful reflection of the effort, thought, and heart the staff puts into everything they do. ​Because of the amazing foundation they built for him, there was no question about where we would send our daughter. She is now enrolled, and the magic continues. She absolutely loves going every day and looks forward to seeing her friends and teachers. But what truly melts my heart--and proves just how special this place is--happens during our daily drop-offs. To this day, all of the teachers still know my son by name. Even though he has already graduated, they always light up and make a point to say a big hello to him when we walk through the doors. ​That level of connection is rare. They don't just care about the kids currently in their classrooms; they build lasting bonds with the entire family. Whiz Kidz is the best daycare/preschool my 2 kids have attended! I have a 1st grader who promoted from preschool at whiz Kidz and gets excited every time we arrive to pick up his little brother! Staff are amazing, kind & caring for all kids and parents/granparents. When my youngest had his first transition to a different class he had a really hard time and has gotten better at drop off time thanks to all the teachers who worked on different strategies for him and other kids there to make it fun and easy, he is now excited to start his day. They have so many amazing events for all kids and families to attend and treat everyone with kindness and provide food/treats and drinks for events! I love how they value their time to focus on each student and work with them. All the fun play-based learning activities they do and crafts they get to take home makes them happy to show us parents at pick up time! My youngest son is going on his 2nd year attending WhizKidz and he has developed so much since he first started! In his current class he loves all his classmates and teachers. He talks to me about his day, good or bad. They are very organized with their schedules! They make time for different fun field trips/visits at school. By far I can say his favorite day is show & share with all his classmates and morning playtime outside, breakfast, lunch & snack time, free time & water days in the summer I 100% recommend WhizKidz to all friends and family! read more

I previously had my 2 year old at a different daycare from 10 weeks old until she was 1 year old. I was glad she was safe, but I did not see much growth. She was able to roll over and walk ahead of most, but the facility did not push her and adjust to her quick learning. I decided it was time to find a preschool, someone who would help my child grow and promote learning. I was EXTREMEMLY happy to see what WhizKidz was enrolling. My daughter started in the 1 year old room and quickly made friends. She is now in the 2 year old room and talks about her friends and teacher every day. She enjoys the music classes, art projects, and LOVES to water the plants in the garden. When she brought home her class picture, she was able to name all of the students in her class. WOW! Being a teacher, academics is a priority in our household. My daughters speech, academics, and physical growth have exceeded my expectations. She loves to participate in yoga and the P.E. classes on site. Her vocabulary is growing, she knows her ABC's and can even count to 15 already! She is ONLY 2! The staff at Whiz Kidz go above and beyond to ensure that we receive pictures and videos, which is the highlight to my day. It ensures me that she is learning, growing and having fun. At night, my daughter will often say " I don't go to bed. I go to school!" It is such a great feeling to know she is learning so much. I love Whiz Kidz and would recommend to anyone! read more

My son is starting there Monday, I'll make sure to update this review as time goes. My son started preschool over a month ago, his experience was not a good one and so we pulled him. Since then I've read inspection reports, police reports, News articles....anything I can to research a new school for him. My approach changed from "Why should I send him here" to "Why shouldn't I send him here". I have done everything I can to NOT like this place. I've dug into every thing I can for Whiz Kidz....there is NOTHING bad you can find on them. I ran into a parent there and asked how they like it, they said they loved it. These poor teachers have dealt with me going into the school for the last three days, they've let me meet and talk with almost everyone there, they've let me introduce my son so he knows people when he starts. On my tour I saw a teacher redirecting a student. I was around the corner so she had no idea I was going to see. She handled it perfectly! They've really helped put my nerves at ease and I am so excited for my son, he's going to love it once he settles into his new routine. **EDIT** One month in and let me say....this school is INCREDIBLE. Everything I needed it to be it's been and more. My son loves going to school, asks to go, loves his friends, the teachers are so kind. Trust me when I say...I've DONE the research. I was a new mother and When I was looking for day cares I spoke to and looked at places to send my daughter to for months. I didn't want a big corporate place that could easily count my child as just another number. I also didn't want too small of a place or an in home place that didn't know how to stimulate or properly care for my child. Whiz kids preschool has everything a new mother could ask for. The teachers there are naturally motherly. You can feel it when you meet the staff. My daughter started when she was 5 months. The only reason I didn't want to move out of state was to keep this establishment as my child's daycare. I truly believe it will be extremely difficult to find a place that even compares to whiz kids. My daughter is in the best mood when she comes home. She's stimulated all day. I love the app that's used. The first day I dropped my daughter off everyone was very lax and let me stay as long as I needed. They also have an open door policy for parents where you can come see your child at any time. But they also have incredible security. I have never felt anxious to drop my daughter off and I never worry about her while she's at this daycare. Honestly this place is a dream come true. If you are looking for day care and your a new parent and are anxious about sending your child somewhere, schedule a tour you will not regret it! read more

We are so happy that we chose WhizKids Mesa. My daughter started at WhizKids in November at 10 months old. After losing my job due to Covid, I was able to stay home with her but when I started a new job, we needed to find a child care center. Working from home, meant that our previous child care facility, that our son went to for 4.5 years, was not an option since driving 20 miles one way didn't make any sense. It was scary looking for a new child care center because I loved our previous one so much. I'm very thankful that we met another family whose son goes go to WK and she gave them a glowing review. I looked at a few other centers in the area but none of them gave me the feeling that WK did. WK has made us feel welcome and safe and they take such wonderful care of our little girl. I love the pictures and messages that I get throughout the day. Even though we can't go in the center and get to know the teachers, just the short interaction we have while dropping off and picking up assures me that we made the right choice. My daughter is 3 going to be 4 this July, we just moved to the area I've toured 3 preschools and this by far was the most welcoming and engaging for my daughter! The teachers showed my daughter around the room while I spoke with the director and I loved that! The teachers were already making her feel apart of the class and as a parent you always worry about your child feeling out of place! I have never seen my daughter more excited and ready to start school! This is such a change from her last school she was at, she would cry because I was dropping her off and now she's crying because she didn't want to leave! I have never seen my child act like this about a school! I love that they have a full menu and you don't have to pack a lunch! At her last center they would only provide lunch 2 days out of the week and we would have to bring a packed lunch the other 3 days. I love the learning curriculum, how they have an app to update you on what your child is doing that day! She starts this Monday so I will update after her first week but we are so excited and we LOVE this preschool! read more

My daughter who is in the Lovebugs Room (infant) has been attending Whiz Kidz Preschool in Mesa for over a month now and she loves it! We love it! At first I was a bit hesitant since this being my 1st time sending my child to a daycare but the first day we toured we were completely at ease. The staff were so nice and welcoming. My daughter even reached out for the staff who was giving us the tour which is definitely not like her because she normally cries when meeting new people. So I knew she felt comfortable there and with the staff which really made it easy for us to make our decision in having our daughter attend Whiz Kidz! They also send you updates throughout the day through an app to let you know when your child has eaten, taken a nap, or is just having fun, which is definitely a big thing for us because then we're able to see how she is doing daily. You're child needs to be here!! My son attends the Whiz Kidz Preschool in Scottsdale and I absolutely love it. My daughter attended the PHX location in the prek room, and was ready to have a successful kindergarten experience because of all the kinder ready skills they worked on. My son's favorite thing at school is music class Mondays. The music teacher knows him by name and he sings all the songs at home. I love that they use an app called Brightwheel, letting you see pictures and posting other info about their day. It is so cute to watch videos of my two year old participating in PE!! All the teachers are very friendly and somehow seem to know all the children by name even if they are not in their class! I really enjoy going to all the extra activities they have... A fall festival, mother's day tea, Christmas pageant, and many more. It is really a big family feeling that we get, and I am so happy to have found a safe, loving, and educational preschool!! read more

We love Whiz Kidz Mesa! Our son is surrounded by amazing staff and teachers who continue to allow him to be himself! Knowing our son truly enjoys being there is the best feeling for a parent. We love the variety of activities our child is involved in on a daily basis as well as the new ones they come up with during every season! Our son loves helping & watching their garden of fruits & veggies growing during the fall. best part, Whiz Kidz uses them for their meals! This place has two other locations. My child use to go to the Scottsdale location( near work) but when this opened up, it was nice to have it close to home. The preschool is amazing, I have two older children and have been to many different preschools and this is by far the best. They garden, learn about food, lots of art and activities. Every hands on with the learning the academics too. He rooms are so beautiful and full of educational toys. It's so clean and the teachers are very kind and so positive. When we made the transition from having a nanny for our son to putting him in a structured group environment a little over a year ago we couldn't have chosen a better preschool than Whiz Kidz. They made the transition so smooth (easy for this momma) and continue to provide caring, professional and amazing services to our little one. He loves it at the Mesa location! The staff has shown so much care and professionalism along with leading our kiddos in the right direction in some very challenging times. I am not sure why this rating is 3.6. this place is 110% + to me. my first baby and son and I started here and he loves Caitlyn, Claudia and Kay. He smiles more at them when I drop him off and is so comfortable. Whiz Kidz is hands down the best preschool/childcare center in Mesa. They made the transition from in home childcare comfortable for my girls. Giving them loving arms when cuddles were needed to a cozy corner to self calm and regulate emotions. The staff is absolutely amazing! We really do love this school. Their teachers are kind and attentive, most of all, I feel my child is safe here. He has made strides in social and educational aspects and continues to grow. Our son has been at Whiz Kidz Preschool for 2.5 years and is now in his fourth classroom. Each class has had wonderful teachers who are fun, engaging, and truly invested in the kids. I've worked at whiz Kidz for almost two years now and I absolutely love it! The staff is super caring, and always open to new opportunities for growth.
