She matched the reference photo that I showed her identically, which rarely happens for me! Destiny was attentive to the style and length and made sure it was even prior to curling. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and asked questions just to make sure she knew what I wanted. I asked for a v shaped hair cut with layers and a few face framing pieces, and that is exactly what I got! She made sure that she cut a little bit at a time for the face framing pieces, just Incase I decided that I didn't want to go as short as I originally said. I would like to see this change as it is the closest Great Clips venue to me. Right now (2025), I'd give this venue a single star rating. I still like going to Great Clips, but I take a few more minutes to travel to Commerce Ave where the management is Very Good and professional Service is a value. I do not understand how the Commerce establishment can function so well, while the performance at the Roanoke G.Clips site continues to decline.
