I texted and requested an estimate to clean 2 bedrooms, hallway , and 2 full sets of stairs . I was pleased w the estimate, made the appointment on a day and time that was convenient for me. Technician arrived on-time, I showed him areas that I wanted cleaned, especially a lower floor bedroom that appeared "dirty" w some outdoor grime in high traffic areas. He used a stain remover on that bedroom which was additional , but not unexpected as the carpet looks brand new !! Cannot tell you how happy I am , having freshly cleaned carpeting! All Aces did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets throughout the house as well as furniture. We're very sensitive to strong deodorizers and All Aces took the time to clean out their machine prior to cleaning our carpets so we didn't have any perfume smells when they finished. Everyone starts at 5 and Joe stayed there. First thing that I liked about Joe and All Aces Carpet cleaning was that he closed my door and said "I'll try to keep the pollen out". Very considerate. I appreciate that. I only had 1 small area rug to be cleaned but he was early (texted first), neat, considerate and the rug looked great. Can't really ask for more. If my kids didn't totally destroy my upstairs rug, I'd have him clean that also instead of us replacing it. But they are animals so.... I have been using this service for about 6 years now. Joe is the owner/operator and he is very efficient, friendly and affordable. Before I used All Aces I had tried another well known carpet cleaning service who uses granules to clean the carpet, that do not leave your carpet wet. Unfortunately, that service didn't' get any stains out either. I was pressured to buy a side carpet cleaning product, which I did not do. I was also pressured to fill out cards recommending this place to my neighbors for a deeper discount on my service- while they were there cleaning the carpets! The "salesman" did that while and waited for me to fill out those cards to my neighbors so he could deliver them while they were at my house! His team supposedly cleaned my carpets, but they looked exactly the same to me and since the carpets were dry I couldn't even tell what they did! Can you say shady????? Joe never ever asks me to do any of those things, and furthermore he is able to get out the stains that the other carpet guys were not able to do! Joe has a great word of mouth business, because he does such a great job. I don't have small children around, but I do have a tiny dog that occasionally shows his displeasure when we run late, by leaving us a present on the carpet. Whether it be pee or poop, Joe can get the stain out. Hubby likes to spill coffee on the carpet- again Joe can get that out. The carpet is left wet mind you, but it is tolerable and I know Joe's products are safe. I highly recommend him and all Aces Carpet cleaning. read more

Cancelled on us the day before our home closing. They claimed it was because of a storm but the cleaning was scheduled at noon and there has been zero rain. Luckily we found Ken's Neighborhood Carpet at the last minute to help save us..or we would have had some angry home buyers! We would not recommend All Aces because they are unreliable. read more

Edited with more information and some reflection time: All Aces was hired by my neighbor, not me. Neighbor's outdoor spigot was broken, so they used mine. Did NOT ask, despite the owner's comment below - I was typing quietly in the back of the house at the time and would've heard if they'd knocked. When I found out they were stealing my water and asked one of All Aces' employees to stop, he simply walked away in silence to get my neighbor's partner (whom I'd never met) to ask me to ignore it. All Aces never even paused their thievery. Upon reading my first review, All Aces not only responded on Yelp, but also figured out which customer I was writing about (who the owner identified by name below despite my leaving him anonymous) and contacted him, at which point he contacted my neighbor, who then contacted me. Grand. At any rate, neighbor's partner had apparently told them to use my water. They didn't even try to verify that. The owner's comment below that I "allowed" them to "connect" to my home is untrue. They connected on their own and used my water for the better part of an hour before I happened to notice what they'd done on my way to the mailbox. Frankly, I'm more steamed now than on the day itself, as the company's owner responded to my sharing my experience with his company and its business practices not by apologizing or anything like that, but by implicitly calling me a liar and hassling both me and my neighbor. read more

Highly recommended!! Joe was on time (actually a little early), walked through the high traffic areas we wanted cleaned with his CSI light, and verified the price we were given over the phone. We just had our master bath done, so all we wanted cleaned are the areas the contractors had traveled with dirty shoes...not the whole house. There was absolutely no up-sell attempts. Quick&Easy, Thorough and efficient. Had called to get some furniture cleaned. They arrived earlier than scheduled and finished within half an hour. When I told them it was a used couch I had purchased from a home with a dog, the cleaner went ahead and added the sanitizing solution to the liquid because he knew that I had no idea who had been sitting on the couch. He was also friendly and made lots of conversation. Only negative is that he did not remove his shoes or wear those little booties upon entering my home. If he had, this would have been perfect. Also rather inexpensive--was originally going to get carpets cleaned as well. My 2 story, 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom + loveseat cleaning would have costed about $120!! There is a $50 minimum, so my couch was cleaned for $50, which I thought was a little high, so if you are going to do cleaning, make sure you have a lot of stuff to get cleaned! read more

Wow. Cannot say enough about this company. My 16 yr old white carpet looks new and the price was amazing! I wish I would've gotten the name of the gentleman who came out today but he was fantastic. He ensured my cats were locked up so they wouldn't run out, and he really did a fabulous job. Also, their customer service is top notch. I hired All Aces after buying a Living Social voucher. For the price I paid, I did not expect greatness. What I got was Joe, and possibly the best carpet cleaning I have ever seen! Joe was on time, friendly, and professional. He chatted with us, cracked jokes with us, and helped my husband move a fridge and a stove back into the kitchen where we has just put down laminate flooring. Not a scratch on it! Joe was done with the cleaning and carpet protectant in about 30 minutes. About 4 days later, some soda got spilled in one of the rooms with the protectant... it was quickly sopped up with a paper towel, and the carpet was totally dry in a matter of minutes! I'm a little hesitant to post this review, because Joe is so good, that I'm afraid he won't have time to clean for me!! He is prompt, even early. He does a great job. He keeps the costs low, even if your carpet is a total mess from dogs. He has lots of things he can do to make the animal stains and smells go away. It looks and smells great when he is done, and you wonder why you waited so long to call him. And, he is a super nice guy! You positively can't go wrong, having him come to you home. Joe has been cleaning my carpets for ten years, and I wouldn't consider ever having anyone else do it.
