They took time to talk with me about how I wanted our dog done and even let me show them a few pictures of his last groom. They showed no judgement, were so down to earth, and groomed him exactly the way we wanted him done. We were able to make all the arrangements online. The day I dropped him off we were greeted by a staff member named Joy. She is aptly named. She was a delightful woman, showing me the facility, and where my dog would be staying. She showed me where the cameras are so that the owner can look in the evening before she goes to bed to make sure all the dogs are OK. Each dog has his individual space where he spends the night. There is a group inside play area as well as several different fenced in areas outside where dogs can play separately or together. There is a man who lives on the property who is also available in case of emergency and works part time at the facility. When I came to pick my dog up the next day, he was happy and healthy! They said there were no issues, and we were all very happy with the experience.
