I was told they didn't know because there is still 5 (!!) people in front of me. I asked them what was the purpose of making an appointment if it's first come first serve. Not having a better answer, the receptionist said - 'you know you always have to wait at doctors' office. Yes. I know that. I do expect to wait 10-20 minutes. But not hours at time. That is WHY we make an appointment weeks in advance. So i left without being seen by the doctor! Other than those 5 patients inside, there were 4 more patients standing in line outside. People arrange their days around appointments. I feel like their poor time management is extremely insensible towards their patients' time and needs.

And they still want more for services with misidentified providers. Over $230 bill more for a negative from the lab and a trial tube of Tretonoin. Do not use them for your medical needs.
