They solve problems so the customer feels their money is safe, and secure. They have helped me thru the grief and loss of my mother. Keeping me organized helping to address matters that I could not handle during that time!!! Always with a smile !!! At one point, I had a situation where my paycheck was delayed and they assisted me with dealing with this situation - I was so grateful as I had signed up for overdraft protection but another staff somehow did not complete the process!!! I was grateful for their kindness and compassion!!! The bank is also modern and open!!! It has fast service with a smile!! To all my team - THANK YOU WITH LOVE AND RESPECT!!!
