To clarify, this has happened to me four times, so I've confirmed that it's their culture. You also sit in the drive up ATM after pressing the button for assistance and no one answers to acknowledge you for over 4 or 5 minutes. On another note, I have quite a number of business and personal accounts with Wells and it appears the problem is this branch, not necessarily all branches. I would say it's poor management.
