Let me share my experience. First of all, don't ever give these people your money, they are…read morescammers! But let me start from the beginning. I was recommended to come here by my neighbor, who swore by this dealership. I called, they were able to get me approved for the vehicle that I wanted, and everything was smooth! I came in signed the papers, and everything went as planned. I take the car home, AND IT WONT START. So then I call them, and tell them. Yadira says "Oh honey dont worry, we will fix it, but you have to have it towed to us, because we have no way of getting it". So fine, have it towed. The tow truck driver says that the battery is fully charged, so not a dead battery (he checked that first to be sure). So then we tow it in (at my own expense). Fanny says that its a blown fuse, and a loose batter cable AND ITS ALL FIXED. So then I go to pick it up. On my way home from picking it up (again), I stop at the gas station to get a drink (dont even get gas) AND IT WONT START AGAIN! So after about 10 minutes of trying, I finally get it started. I take it home, and call the dealer in the morning. So then the dealership says to bring it in again, and they will look at it. As of this point, I inquire about a different car. Yadira says "if we cant figure out what the problem is, I will give you a different car, so just give us a chance to fix it, since you like this car". Ok fine. I go to bring it in there, AND IT WONT START AGAIN. After finally getting it started, Yadira tells me to take the car to discount to have the battery, alternator, and starter tested, so I do. The mechanic at Discount says that the starter is a delayed start, which means the starter is going bad. So I take it in. So the dealership keeps the car, and proceeds to call me EVERY SINGLE DAY to tell me that THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. Ok so it magically just wouldnt start for me twice, but theres nothing wrong with it! So I demand that they check everything, working with them FOR THREE WEEKS, AND NOTHING HAPPENS. They say that they are going to take it to Chrysler, only to tell me 4 days later that they didnt, and took it somewhere else instead. So after 3 weeks, they told me to come get the car, because there is nothing wrong with the car. Moral of the story. They told me that if they couldnt figure out what was wrong with the car, they would give me a different car, THAT WAS A LIE. They told me that they would fix whatever was wrong with the car THAT WAS A LIE. They told me they were selling me a good car, because they stand behind their products THAT WAS A LIE. So now, I gave them a THOUSAND DOLLARS for a down payment on a car, a month later, I have no car, and no money for a down somewhere else. I've asked them for another car, and they refused. I asked them for my money back, and they refused. The lender pulled out of the loan for the car that I signed the documents for, and instead of them calling me to tell me, THEY JUST THREW MY STUFF AWAY. So now, not only did I get scammed out of all that money, I didn't even get all of my stuff back, and had to dig through the garbage to get what I did get back. I am in contact with a lawyer for a lawsuit against this company, I have disputed the charge with my bank, and I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. I am part of a group of 8,000 moms here in Lee County and we are making it our mission to ensure that no one ever gets scammed by this car dealership again! There is never enough employees to take care of members trying to take care of their business. This branch has long lines almost daily and the board of directors should establish another branch in this area to take care of members. There was no sign in the branch that show who the board of directors are. I thanked the security hard for his service one day and he just looked at me with a frown and spoke no words. With the large salaries and bonus the CEO gets, you would think he would ensure better service at the branches.

My first experience here was dropping off a car for service at that first experience mixed. Did they fix the car? Yes Were they courteous? No, well other than the young salesman, he was friendly. The sales manager told us we need to wait outside, unfriendly. We're waiting for our Uber to arrive to take us home after dropping off the car, but the dealership had just closed and he would not allow us to wait in the dealership until the Uber arrived. Although there were quite a few employees still roaming about them, trying to close a deal and get some other things done. So do I think I'll ever be back to buy a car? No, I'm 100% sure but I will not. Sales managers always seem to be the worst employees at any dealership. I don't know what it is about that job that either attracts these people or creates them. But over my years, dealing with many dealerships and buying many cars I will say that there are good sales managers out there there they're just very few and far between. The service advisor at first had the same attitude, short and abrupt, not friendly. Not forthcoming with any information we provided any details about when the car will be finished and no communication at all until the car was finished. Then he became quite friendly, letting us know the car was finished. I'd rather drive to another city and seek service or to buy a car than come to this dealership. Not because this dealership is terrible. I just don't want to go somewhere where they make no effort to make me feel like I'm a valued customer.
