Not even close to being a good place to take your business. Tried to offer me 50 bucks for my Ipad. , even tried to say they couldn't do anything because I bought the Ipad through AtandT. Had to go to ATandT and get proof... ‍. Went down the street and got 150 and First National Pawn was able to tell the Ipad wasn't under contract. Please don't take your business here. Go somewhere that knows what they are talking about and will offer you the correct amount for loan. What a joke.... These people will rip you off! Go to First National Pawn! read more

I bought an echo dot there and day before payday and they would not give me a loan for fuel so I may get to work and daycare the next day .. Staff were rude and unknowledgeable. One member of the staff told me that they're no stamp marks(it was stamped) she didn't know where to look. I've gave her three different items and same result. I've told her I run a jewelry whole sale store to give her a chance to redeem herself, but was very intent on ripping me off. So many people were getting abused, I went under cover to see for myself; well they were right. I've never been insulted so much in my life. She actually thought I'll go in and present items without having any knowledge. I run a jewelry store for goodness sake; that's how they run their business. Avoid this one. Mgr. Brian is money friendly and not customer friendly by any stretch of the imagination. Examples of my negative experiences with him include the purchase of a used big screen t.v. that died 3 weeks after purchase. Living in rural Custer does not offer me the luxury of daily commutes to Rapid City during the winter months but I did bring the t.v. back and Brian was quick to point out that the 30 day warranty had expired even though I brought it back on day 31 with a receipt. His only option for me was to purchase another of his televisions and he would glady dispose of my old one for me. Seriously!! Purchased a used guitar amplifier that did not work when I took it home. Brought it back the next day and spoke with the sales rep who sold it to me who referred me to the mgr (Brian) who refused to refund my money because I didn't have the receipt. I wish Rob Tschetter would manage his own store as his manager is not people friendly. My message to Pawn With Us is clear: WE ARE DONE!! read more
