I walked in the door and was greeted by an employee who asked for my phone number. Seconds later I received a text on my phone that informed me that an agent would be with me shortly. Actually, I asked for no texting on my phone to prevent this very unnecissary text. I waited around about 10 minutes and finally left. Note: There were two managers (?) just standing there and three employees helping three other customers. I guess it was beneath them to assist a customer. Sure, it isn't a Lowe's or Home Depot, but it has most everything you'd need without having to go to those big box stores. We've bought air filters, made spare keys here, and they have a ton of assortment of feeds for animals and livestock, not to mention paint services. What I like best are the employees. Everytime I go in, I'm treated like I'm the only one in the store, and they personally find each item I need and also provide recommendations that are helpful. They offer a military discount that rivals the other two large chains. One other thing is that provided my three kiddos with popcorn while I shopped, which was awesome and unexpected.
