Predatory Crooks! If a fireman recommends this company, take down his name and report him for soliciting because that's how they get all their customer. DO NOT LET THEM ON YOUR PROPERTY!!! Here's the last email I sent them. We have never seen photos of 95% of the items removed from our property. No proof was provided to indicate what items you cleaned, stored or threw in the dumpster. We lost our entire family home and its' contents because of the unlawful demolition caused by your employees. The very least you could do is return our property, for which you have not accounted. I have no doubt the majority of which was trashed long ago. Your actions have been more catastrophic than the fire. Any positive reviews are posted by their employees and owners. They have lied from the beginning to the end about anything and everything. They are not regulated by the government and they can do whatever they want and get away with it. They are supposed to be a mitigation company. Yet when my house was damaged by fire, sat for several months with wet drywall, insulation etc. FOS did not remove all the drywall that was damaged. They had pictures showing mold all over my kitchen walls behind the cabinets. And never mitigated for mold. "We don't do that". Promised I'd meet with their contractor "Sean" . Never happened. They have no contractor. Unlicensed. They cleaned all the walls and then knocked them all down. $28 k to clean them. 10k to knock them down. And they charged for hanging and taping sheet rock. Which they never hung one piece. And lied to the insurance company about it. Insurance company refused to talk with me. But they did all day with FOS. They Took all of my 6 inch heritage baseboard throughout the house which was not burned. My entire bedroom suite disappeared and they have no pictures of the master bedroom furniture. As though it was empty before the fire. The contents of my home is in their storage being held hostage even though all fees were paid including delivery. The First Onsite Property Restoration in Pensacola, Florida provide the most horrible job and experience I have ever dealt with. Their honesty, the workmanship & customer service skills are awful. After having a Raw Sewage Flooding in our Beach Condo; it took them 9 months to complete the job. The main issue that was a nightmare was the re-tiling of the shower. They did NOT install the wall tile that we selected. They installed it vertically instead of horizontally as we requested. Plus they installed it with not conversing with us on the grouting consistency or grout color & finishing edges. It was installed with the ledge out of the shower angled so that the water does not drain back to the shower drain but onto our bathroom flooring. When I demanded that the shower completely be redone; they offered me two options: They would give me $500 to use to have some different company re-do the job or they would cleanup the grout on the tile & paint the grout. These were options that the Co-Owner of the Company (Ashlee) offered us. They would not accommodate us on their mistakes! This shower installation looked like a Kindergarten child did the project! Now 9 months out since the job done: we have had to install a new shower door at $3000 expense, take up bathroom flooring due to water draining on floor out of shower and replace, and replaced new baseboard since water damage due to pooling of water on floor. Now to get the shower ledge redone correctly; we will be spending $2,000. To have the entire shower redone as this company should have done for us due to their errors and poor workmanship, it is going to cost us $6,000. If this company was a Reputable Company; they would offer to remodel the entire shower as they should have during the remodel of our Condo when requested by us at their expense NOT at our expense. Instead they insisted the shower was done correctly; but as we knew we would continue to experience issues with this poor workmanship. read more

Horrible communication. They make a lot of promises they have no intention of keeping, so they don't follow through. Their main concern isn't about doing a quality job or customer service; they want to make as much profit as they can. They didn't expect us to look at the numbers and review everything thoroughly. I agree with a few viewers get a quote up front. The men that came out and took care of the mold did great. But the reconstruction part is not even one star worthy. I have popcorn on my ceiling witch they tried to put knock down on then when I said something they came out with the popcorn in the can. My kitchen ceiling looks like crap. Now I have to get the entire ceiling done. Also Shea will tell you that you are on a budget ha, and that the job has to be completed before he goes to the Philippines to see his honey. I wish I could give zero stars. Scammers. Thieves. Liars. Bullies. Rude jerks. Those are the ppl I encountered while dealing with Complete DKI. And I took pix of it all. Had a housefire. They were hired because we trusted our insurance adjuster. Biggest mistake we could have made. House fires are messy. Sometimes fire fighters cut holes in ceilings with chainsaws & throw everything in cabinets out. The water gets everywhere & if you have cat pans, they melt & blend with the water to form what we called Cat Poo Soup & it goes EVERYWHERE. These professionals complained about the mess that they were hired to clean. They threw away an antique that was nowhere near the fire & I complained. They stopped coming to work. I was told that they would come back to work when I stopped being so difficult. I called to ask how things were progressing. I was told an elaborate story about how they were "on site" & working hard. I happened to be standing in my yard at the time. Alone. I took a picture & sent it to the person I was talking to, asking where exactly the crew was. Were they invisible ninjas? When they were there, they were usually sitting in my lawn furniture, throwing cigarette butts in my yard, talking & playing on their phones. They left a mostly melted refrigerator on my back deck, filled with rotted food until we forced them to remove it. They dragged burned furniture into the yard & left it there (we paid someone else to finally remove it months later). The manager didn't like my questions or my "attitude" & decided to try to bully & intimidate me by talking over me, huffing, rolling his eyes & then stepping so that he was right up against me in the most aggressive manner possible. I was unimpressed & stepped into his personal space & raised my voice over his. He then sat in his car, scowling, while his assistant (a wonderful woman) handled the rest of the meeting. He began dodging my phone calls. We warned them that we were missing a cat who may have been inside during the fire. They found him almost immediately. They insisted that it was "so tragic" & "you shouldn't have to deal with this" & assured me that they would handle it. They left him there, rotting into my hardwood. I spent weeks scrubbing our cat's outline out of a hardwood floor in my bedroom so that my children didn't find out. They took months to get everything packed & out. They threw away China, crystal, antiques but saved plastic Glade Plug-ins (have pix as proof). I was told "why do you care? Replace it. You have insurance." Some of it was sentimental like my deceased grandmother's crystal or her books. Or MY signed first edition books. And we don't have unlimited income or unlimited insurance money. We still had to have the house fixed! I was warned at the last minute by an employee to take an antique bedside stand with me or I would "never see it again". I'm glad that I listened. They never cleaned a single item. What actually came back to me was covered in soot, mold, rust or was destroyed. I have pix of items in their storage unit with their tags on them but they didn't get returned. They came into the house & pulled up pieces of flooring after they were told to stay out because our contractor was getting started. We had to threaten them with legal action to get their lockbox removed & our keys returned so that they would stay out of the empty house MONTHS after they announced that they were done...because even though they were supposed to remove the soot & smoke, they announced that they weren't going to. I cleaned the house myself. When I went to their office, because no one would call me back or respond, the receptionist stared blankly at me. A blonde woman who claimed to be an owner came out. When she learned I was a dissatisfied customer she fluttered her hands (I have only seen that in movies!!!) & told me she didn't know what to do so I should talk to her husband. In our conversation he gave me 3 different stories, agreed that it was messed up, offered to do whatever to make it right (but didn't do anything), lied to my face & then rushed away to go to a party. When they brought back our belongings their employees laughed about the state that they were in, kicked my stone flowerbed markers & threw cigarette butts in my yard. And still the items that I took pictures of in their "secure" unit across the street from a strip club were not returned. (Expensive wooden furniture & items that employees admired & praises to me, incidentally) They have basically told us that it isn't their problem & they don't care...and we should just replace it because we have insurance. They charged nearly $50,000 to destroy our belongings & make a hellish time even worse. And this novel? This is the abridged version! There is actually more & it's all just as awful! Avoid them like the plague!!! You will regret ever letting these ppl in your life read more

Horrible communication. Chris was our project manager (I think he's actually a 3rd party contractor hired by DKI). But he and his manager Mark do NOT communicate. I live in California so I could not be there to oversee the work on my rental. I was told that the work would start at the end of October (6 weeks AFTER) my insurance hired them to fix the leak in my roof. A few nights later, my tenants called me to let me know that the work was done. ??? I didn't even know they had started!! This poor communication went on for another TWO months!!! The work itself was good (according to my tenants, the city inspector and the inspector my insurance sent out). But.... the workers left THOUSANDS of nails all over the yard. My tenants have kids and dogs, thankfully nobody was hurt. So, from start to finish, 4.5 months... All they did was replace the roof on a 2500 square foot house. The work itself only took a few days. What took so stinking long was them never calling me. Never sending me my paperwork to file with the insurance. I even talked with the President, Shaun, and that didn't solve anything. Even the office staff are poor communicators. I would NEVER hire this company ever again. The worst customer service. read more

Additionally, as as agent, we are required a minimum number of continuing education courses, Complete DKI provides multiple classes each year to local agents free of charge in order to fulfill these requirements. The classes are always taught in a way that they are fun, engaging, and actually help you understand the information, as opposed to some of the other classes I have taken that make you want to fall asleep!
