We are so impressed with First Out Roofing. A very polite person answered when I called and told me she would have someone contact me during the day. Within two hours I received a voice mail from Spencer who stated his schedule for that day and the next so I could get back with him for a good time to stop by. I called and arranged for Spencer to come out the next day to help us with some small pieces of shingles that had blown off in the recent windstorms. He called that following morning and stated he was available earlier than schedule and would it be all right to come by which I thought was very nice. Spencer inspected the entire roof, identified one area where the small pieces around a chimney stack were missing and provided us with photos showing some hail damage from past storms. He also stated our shingles were in very good shape and may need to be replaced in 5 - 7 years. We told Spencer we had replacement shingles. He took one, made all the necessary repairs and sealed nail holes across the roof where he felt it was needed for no cost! He said he wanted to earn our business! We are so glad we called First Out Roofing (Corinth, TX) for help. They are so professional, knowledgeable and into building a strong relationship with their clients. This is so refreshing compared to the ones you call, and they state their fee just to come out and then say the labor is extra!!! We had a leak in our guest bathroom and we found out it was coming from the roof... These guys keep on amazing me. I needed a roof repair and they came out when they said they would in my case same day. After looking at my roof they told me they could come back in an hour and fix it (they had to get supplies). They fix it did and something extra for me. They check my roof for anything I should be aware of. They took pictures to show me what areas to keep a watch on and even told me what the previous roofer should have done. Today about three weeks later I get a thank you card hand written. In today's world you often hear stories about contractors that don't show up, don't finish their work or use inferior materials. First Out Roofing recently completed extensive repairs to our home following last year's horrific hail storm. We knew we had damages to our roof, but we didn't realize the extent of damages to all of the other areas of our home and wouldn't have if Nick and Rob had not been so thorough in their inspections. They guided us through the entire, lengthy process and did not ask for a dime until ALL repairs were completed and we were completely satisfied with the work done.
