We also had someone on the roof to install a vent for a water heater and he noted severe rotting under our three dormers that should have been taken care of with the roof. We ended up fixing these ourselves. No, I wouldn't recommend them because they didn't complete the job to our satisfaction. Does anyone care about giving the customer good service anymore?

I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. I chose Superior One even though their estimate was higher than others. I preferred the roofing material brand and available color options. He even climbed up to the roof and placed the sample shingles down so that I was better able to see how it would actually look. He made sure the scheduling of different crews went smoothly and he came by every day to check on the progress which included the old gutter and roof removal, new roof and gutter installation, and even the power-washing and staining of my privacy fence. He documented each step with photos and sent a copy of the final city inspection approval. I definitely recommend Superior One to anyone needing their service. Give them a call.

After many weeks of nothing we hear on Tuesday Nov. 10, when I called them, that they would have a team out to our house on Friday Nov 13th which was 1 month exactly after we sent them notification their bid was accepted. They sent 1 person Friday afternoon that had no knowledge of the project and told us he was only there to paint. Nobody arrived to do the rest of the work, then later that afternoon I got a call and was told a team would be out Monday for the rest of our project. After 13 hours of the painter on prem between Friday and Saturday only half of the first coat of paint was done. When I complained to Chance Gaylord, the owner, he told me they will cancel the project, refund my deposit and good luck! With the holidays just around the corner our home is in chaos and have had to tell our daughter she cannot come home from school. We have to start this process all over again, MD Construction has been an absolute nightmare. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, NO PROJECT PLANNING, & Very RUDE OWNER! I DO NOT recommend this contractor to ANYONE! The Pictures here show the exact condition they left our home in when they cancelled the project.
