The second time was to look at something that had sold in the mean time, as we had just sold the first purchase. Once again we drove away with a great vehicle but it was a bit too small. The third time we got exactly what we wanted without knowing what we really needed. Our salesman listened to what we needed and found it for us within budget and then the finance manager got us a great deal and rate. We were listened too with our needs and budget payments in mind. We now have a vehicle that will take us forwards for a few years now. The whole team there is wonderful ! We so recommend this dealer.

They weren't really trying to help me, Ford had limited dealers to only preorders during covid, they could not buy stock for the lots. So Orchard got all their current clients to order new trucks promising higher than normal trade in value. Orchard wanted inventory, they could care less about long time clients. Moved all my families business to another dealer who doesn't bait and switch the promised deal.

At dealership was 2 other wrx with exact same issue. Research Subaru online before you buy, class action lawsuits in USA. My dealer in Vancouver was top notch, Kelowna and penticton are horrible and do not stand behind product and tuff to get loaner car. So you might be without a car for months? They agreed to $30000 for my $48000 wrx sti and last minute gave $29000.....scammed me for $2000 that was warranty work....Wrecked my Subaru support and I will continue to warn everyone. Never buy a Subaru again and never deal with local dealership!!!!! Sad.
