Finally a local mechanic that is genuine, honest and gives top notch customer service! Jeremy does quality work, is personable and very reasonably priced. His work is worth every dollar. The guy drove to my car and charged my battery so I can get it into his shop! He saved me a tow bill and immediately took care of the alternator, even gave me battery options to help with the bill of the repair. I had a very disappointing experience with Jeremy. He repaired my radiator but left a line disconnected, which caused coolant to drain out over time and coat the underside of my car. This wasn't caught or addressed, and he never checked the radiator fluid level or proactively offered to clean the underside of the vehicle, despite the obvious mess and risk. After multiple follow-ups, he eventually agreed to power wash the bottom of the car but never called me back to actually do it. When I followed up again months later, the interaction became confrontational. He repeatedly demanded "What do you want?" instead of trying to resolve the issue or take responsibility for the original mistake. When I came by in person to discuss it calmly, he focused on scolding me for pulling my car up near the garage, calling it disrespectful, rather than addressing the unresolved problem. The entire interaction felt defensive and hostile, with no interest in making things right. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they're handled. In my case, the work was incomplete and the follow-through and customer service were poor. I would not recommend this shop based on the lack of accountability and the confrontational way the situation was handled. read more

I do not recommend this place no matter how great and honest Jeremy is! I walked in to Jeremy and his coworker talking about my family and he didn't know I was standing there in the office! Jeremy made fun of my children and said they are probably fat because I have snacks in my car that aren't even my kids they're my husbands! And then proceeded to make fun of my last name! Then they noticed I was there and knew they were in the wrong! This is highly disgusting to talk about someone giving this business money and a lot of money at that!!! Jeremy is by far the best mechanic in Bend, I don't trust anyone else with my car at this point. He is very friendly and will tell you exactly what's wrong with your car. No bs. He also offers very good rates compared to others in Central Oregon. Got into a accident and my car ended up being totaled. Wasn't sure the extend of the damages and was referred to this shop. Owner was up front and honest with me on the extend of damages and under the circumstances I didn't have a space to put my vehicle and wasn't sure of what to even do with it. The owner not only let me keep my car there for a period of time because I was in a difficult situation but he also went above and beyond to answer questions and give helpful advice on any direction I wanted to head in. Highly recommend. I've rarely trusted an auto mechanic, but I do trust Jeremy. So glad that I found him and I can stop taking my car to the dealerships who don't care about their customers and seem to be more interested in up selling like "you need a new air filter, which costs $60". I do not like giving bad ratings with that said. So my truck was had a junkyard engine put in here. I gave the owner numerous chances to fix issues he overlooked or caused due to being the only mechanic. 1st issue oil leaked from shop a solid line of oil to my house on craven at the time. After it was allegedly fixed oil leaked again this time all oil leaked out had to be towed back to shop. Had a power issue owner tried blaming me said he didn't have the time for it got me in next day forgotten wire to alternator, that day i asked for my skid plate i noticed was never put back on took home to save owner the time, then my alternator caught fire he blamed me refused to do anything spent the day taking ubers to shop had get different alternator then realized i was charged in bill to change engine mount for alternator yet it wasn't he forced it in leaving out one of the bolts for the alternator. Then i drove to Salem used a gallon of antifreeze was blowing blue smoke, truck cuts out while accelerating lagging, has a cracked engine block. Due to all of these issues and others i had after paying $3300.33 dollars. I had to turn a job down due to unreliable transportation, my girlfriend ended up shooting herself in the head, now im homeless in Salem with unreliable transportation was told my warranty was void because the owner knew i was living out of a travel trailer due to a break in and my girlfriend being raped at our bend home. I told the owner i was counting on my truck reliability. Every issue the owner tried blaming me saying it was from when my fater & law retired police officer of central Oregon did something to the truck. We replaced battery alternator isolator was done at different shop in bend replaced intake manifold gasket serpentine belt spark plugs before having the issue with the truck dying it got better gas mileage then after new engine was installed 22 gallons made it 145 miles only dropped from that. Broke down on way to hospital in Portland had no choice to drive at this point i had been parked for 3 weeks before the warranty was voided out saying he had no idea how much i drove. The miles were less then 300 miles at that time from when i got the new engine some of tge miles were drivin by the owner testing the vehicle after taking it back to him everyday for a week after he installed engine to never be satisfied or have a vehicle that was reliable. His statement a lie he tells you what you want to hear until he gets your money then he trys everything to blame me i never touched anything after engine was installed until the alternator caught fire he blamed the trailer wiring no issue with it. I needed this truck need it to work have transportation. He knew i wouldn't be able to sue him and litigation takes one to five years. Never in my life have i bern lied to taken advantage and put in a worse situation thanks to first rate automotive not being a man of his word he is a lier over looks way to much stuff taking on way to much work for a one mechanic shop. He refused to refund the money fix the engine or do anything because in like tge 5th conversation i mentioned i just want what we paid for i said most people woukd got a lawyer on the 1st issue. The owner then used that to say he couldn't fix his mistake. I have texts proving i contacted him each issue one of which was the 2nd oil leak thre engine overheated at he point when it happened i pulled over. Later the owner told me in Salem if tge engine overheats the warranty void and there are tabs on the engine so he would know. Well if that was the case when the oil leaked and we asked for a refund new engine or him to buy the truck for what we paid plus engine cost he refused said there was no problem with the engine. My fater & law wayne Morgan was right the engine was no good. To whom it may concern it would had been better for me to wait three weeks for another shop to get us in then but i was moving out of our house we had already were 2 months behind moving. I would change my review if my engine was fixed i would come to bend i refuse to before since everytime i left the shop i had another issue. This cost me my family a $27 per hour job now broke homeless little hope thanks to my decision choosing this shop. Bad business take responsibility fix what you never did cost me money two gallons of antifreeze about 12 quarts of oil now. read more

We have been bringing out vehicles to Jeremy for years when he was working at other shops in the area. We are happy for him to have opened his own place in bend. I recommend him to anyone. he takes care of you like family and will make sure your not being ripped off by other shops. That's how we found him. We called the shop he was working at for a second opinion. While most of the work that was suggested did need to be done, he shared his opinion on what was absolutely necessary and what could wait a bit.
