I read my owners manual and was aware of the need for full synthetic oil. He seemed relieved when I agreed with him on the synthetic oil and the cost of it. There was no attempt to upsell me at all and consequently I go back here every time I can and recommend them to anyone who needs a referral to a good lube shop. Good news: after they put up the Phillips 66 sign I was nervous that they had been bought up by a big oil company... which they may have... But my wife took her car in a couple weeks ago and found the same great, no-BS service remains. They're really friendly guys that work there, too.

I'd rather drive a dirty car than put up with that abuse. - Besides, you'll have a dirty car anyway because the water pressure is substantially lower than at other self-serve car washes. - The good news is that it's only $2 for 4 minutes.
