I have always been welcomed and respected and have never one time had a negative experience. All employees from initial cashier to seamstress's are so professional, helpful and knowledgeable from the minute you walk through the door. I recently needed to replace my uniform shirt and pants and again was met with the same excellent customer service. I'm sorry I don't remember the two ladies names that helped me with my fitting and alterations, but they were both amazing, kind, knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable during the fitting process. When I returned to pick up my uniform, I again experienced great customer service! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Tim. He was very pleasant and friendly and happy to help. I enjoyed the conversation and hearing about his family, military service and his faith! What a an asset to Crescent Supply and a breath of fresh air to have a person so compassionate about life and others. My boots had gone through hell on an ambulance rig for the last year. I needed them polished and refreshed. After a day and a half he called me and let me know they were ready. When I came to pick them up it was quick and easy and my boots were unrecognizable. I'm not joking, these boots look 5x better than when I got them originally. I really couldn't believe it. The shoes we were about to go to dinner and I was outside making sure the car was in good condition tire pressure fluid all lights work so I heard him I turned around and he was dress nice with the new shoes so he walked out to the front of the garage. It was about time to go, we got in the car and drove away one block when he mentioned to me that the shoes really hurt his feet. They're too tight. Luckily he had a pair of shoes he put on, but the shirt didn't match the shoes so he landed up putting the shirt that I bought him with the person shoes from WSs and I've always taught him leave the tag on to you make sure it fits and you like it. What does his kids do the first thing rips off the tag van tries on the shirt and that was too tight. I could've strangled that kid. So here I go to return it first look the white shoes look very nice but the bottom of the shoes had dirt on them like a lot just enough to know that it's been worn with a little tiny pebbles stuck in between I felt so embarrassed, so I was told to clean them as good as I can and bring back After I told him what happened luckily, the shirt was brand new they just attach the tag back that was on for maybe less than 10 seconds tops later on I did go back with the shoes after myself clean them. I have close to 40 years on cleaning shoes experience and they came out immaculate. It was basically dust that was surface. I will definitely 100% be going back shopping in referring people there are good product merchandise. But everywhere I have stuff like that, but what separates them from everybody else is there customer service there are real people working there . In today's times it is very hard to find a business that offers. Excellent service believe me I know I've been around a long, long time. I remember the good all days.
