Never disappointed! I am a long [[HIGHLIGHT]]time customer and retired in 2018 after 28 years working in Corrections. In 2023 I started part time with OPD and once again needed new uniforms. I have always been welcomed and respected and have never one time had a negative experience. All employees from initial cashier to seamstress's are so professional, helpful and knowledgeable from the minute you walk through the door. I recently needed to replace my uniform shirt and pants and again was met with the same excellent customer service. I'm sorry I don't remember the two ladies names that helped me with my fitting and alterations, but they were both amazing, kind, knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable during the fitting process. When I returned to pick up my uniform, I again experienced great customer service! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Tim. He was very pleasant and friendly and happy to help. I enjoyed the conversation and hearing about his family, military service and his faith! I dropped off a jacket to have a zipper replaced. I got a call a couple of days later to come in to discuss the repair. When I arrived they told me they were able to adjust the zipper pull and address my concern without replacement. I tried and it operated like new, so I opted to try for and see if it holds up. They refunded the full amount for the repair. A less honest or money first company could have just taken the $$ and replaced it. Crescent operates ethically and put me first. This store is a rip off. 1 pair of pants a belt an embroidered polo shirt and a pair of boots, $495 (boots were only $152 of that)... plus the boots won't be in for "several weeks". This place is taking advantage of taxpayers money since they have a contract with local agencies. When asked for a date for the boots would be in, I was told "we don't know that", and basically that I would get them when I get them. Horrible customer service. Plus their inventory has decreased immensely, what happened to military surplus. This store used to be an adventure, now it's depressing. read more

All I have to say about this store is that it's AMAZING ! My son needed his corrections academy uniform same day , they not only customized it to his fitting same day also rushed it and Alex the tailor finished it in under an hour ! We loved how kind and genuine they are and the assistant manager is a Gem ! She is very knowledgeable in what you need when it comes to uniforms . Very professional friendly and knows her job quite well ! We drove two hours just to come to this store .
