Rick has done many emergency repairs for various members in my family so when I had an issue with a leaky water heater, I immediately called him. He quickly got me an estimate, secured a new heater and had it installed the next morning. I found his communication to be spot on. The guys who came to the house were accommodating and professional. After everything was installed they cleaned up and took the old heater with them. AND best of all, the final bill was $300.00 LESS than the estimate! Called and got Ricky on the line. I explained I needed help with a leaking sump pump that was starting to flood the basement. He told me his idea on fixing the issue and said when he needed to pull over and he would text me a time. Never heard back and in the mean time my basement was getting worse. Horrible. After having them come over and look at the house for an estimate,,, they say they would be right back in touch in a couple of days. I called them in a Couple of days because I had not heard from them. They said they were still working on the estimate. I call 2 days after that. No response Call again and got no response so I think them for being so professional lol. Worst customer service and professionalism that I've ever seen. Doesn't even have the care or want to call back customers to tell them hes not interested in the job just lets them figure it out on their own . read more

This is a great group of guys and GC. They were prompt, did the work within the quote, and have been back to do more work. This last time, they re-installed the water pump with its own cement foundation, built a new house for it, power washed, scraped and painted the house, and will be back to install new exterior motion sensitive floodlights. They are polite, trustworthy and clean up when they're done, too. Just top notch!!!!! In the past, they have also done superb plumbing jobs for us. Really and truly the best contractors around. 5 stars is not enough for them. I would give them more if I could!!! read more

Big leak underneath my mobile home from my bathroom. They located and fixed leak. I got the last appointment of the day, due to the water/wet mess. So they came back the following day to reinsulate and put new belly paper up. Even knocked off my freezing snow/ice that was hanging down over my door!! Very nice gentlemen, and helpful --- nice to have around.!! Couldn't ask for ANY BETTER.!! Have used ActNow before, have been Super, SUPER satisfied... As the five stars we've given them indicate, they are first rate in our book. We found ourselves with a toilet that wouldn't flush and water backing up into the tub on a Saturday evening of a long holiday weekend. We called quite a few "24 hour" plumbers - but it was Ricky who not only called us back, but who also calmly assessed our situation and patiently explained what was going on and what our options were. He even sent me a written estimate via email that night. The next morning (Sunday) Donald arrived and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Donald was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain and show us things, including options and what would need to be done next. For now it's February, it's pretty darn cold out there (this was a septic / main line issue) and they have us back up and running and taken care of until the rest can be done come Spring. Had an emergency with sewer "back-up", .. coming up in bathtub and shower..eewww...(2 bathrooms).....they came right out early in am next morning. It happened nite before in evening-----they Would have come out Then, if I'd wanted. They came, being VERY EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, and HELPFUL. (Answering any questions that I asked). They had Everything All Done, in a half an hour!! The bathtub was a little extra work getting the drain unplugged, but did it very quickly. Made Sure Everything was running smooth Before they left.
