Management found a plumber to clear it but a week later the problem returned. Someone recommended they hire Mt Washington Sewer & Drain Cleaning, and to say they were amazing is an understatement! Rod and his assistant were professional and immediately found the (big!) clog with their camera equipment, which the previous plumber missed or couldn't see without the high-end equipment Rod uses. After clearing the drain, Rod taped a running commentary on what he found so he will know exactly what to do if he needs to return. I should mention that Rod and his assistant were extremely likable and they explained the issues they found as they went along. I feel very lucky to have had such a skilled and experienced team dealing with my plumbing emergency, and now I know exactly who to call if another problem crops up in the future.
