The last time I had a tooth pulled it was at my regular dentists office and it took him about 20 mins to get my molar out. The corner of my lip was split and overall it was a bit stressful. So I was a little nervous to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed after the last experience! I was put at ease from the moment I checked in with the receptionist Christina. She was very friendly and reassuring. I didn't wait long at all to be called back. Dr. Fisher came in within 2 minutes to get my Novocain in so I could be nice and numb :) It took longer for my mouth to get numb than it did for Dr. Fisher to extract my tooth! It seriously took less than 3 minutes and he was done! I thought he was joking because I barely even felt any pressure. If I ever have to have another tooth pulled I will go back with no nerves!! Thank you Dr. Fisher!!

I have never been treated so rudely on the phone in my life as I was this morning…read more You call at 7:30 AM because you're in a great deal of pain and distress in the first place, and then it's doubly traumatizing because you're asking for sedation dentistry, and then who ever answered the phone over there SCREAMED at me that they do NOT do sedation dentistry when the WEBSITE SPECIFICALLY SAYS THEY OFFER SEDATION DENTISTRY. Not an apology in her voice, not a nice tone at all ... I can't imagine what goes on over there if this is how they answer the phone.

He is also repairing a fractured tooth and I will get my permanent crown in a few weeks. Every staff member, except one person, has been incredible.
