I had a billing issue that was eventually resolved amicably. The other thing was that I met a friend and his wife in the waiting room. We soon realized his wife and I both had 8:00 appointments with Dr. P. She was called in at 8AM. I was called in at 8:20. One assistant denied that a double booking had occurred. She waved a USB cable at me and said I was called in late because of an "equipment shortage". When I checked out a front desk rep also denied a double booking until I gave her the name of the other 8:00 patient. She belatedly fessed up to the double booking. The ironic thing was that when I left the previous appointment (where there was no waiting) the front desk sold me on the 8:00 time for the next appointment on the premise that there would be no waiting. A good place for dental care but take something to read when you go.

I was back in the office within 24 hours; more X-rays were taken, the crown was pasted, and I was given some suggestions to monitor the tooth. There was NO CHARGE for the second visit. My nails had recently experienced some trauma and it turns out the gel was coming up because two nails had split. I booked same day and was very happy with the experience. The mani room is clean and peaceful. She did a pretty good job considering she had to cut two of my nails farther back than expected once the polish came off and we could see what was going on. I came in around 2:17 because I parked in the hotel parking lot to come in to talk to them to ensure my appt wouldn't be canceled while I find parking. You guys have a spa that is in a hotel but the spa guests can't use the parking space.. I did not know that was a 1 time situation, but thanks to BIG J's scolding, I now know. It was strange telling a grown man not to speak to me that way and stop attacking me as if he knew me personally. His response was, 'Well you don't know me either.' Bruh, well that's my point. I am a customer to you, spending hundreds of dollars for your service even brought my family there. Don't treat me like an enemy you have a vendetta against. I won't be going back there as long as John is there.. Disappointed
