I've been coming here since the day it opened and the man who is usually there is friendly and accommodating. This man was accusatory. This was after waiting for 15 minutes while he figured out how to use the card machine and helped others in the interim. Keep in mind, I was the only one in there when I arrived but at least 3 others were helped while I waited patiently. Maybe he needs a course on customer service. He said he was new. If your policy is to not refund something purchased within seconds then there is a nicer way for him to deliver that message. I went from having a pleasant morning to feeling defensive.
