I've never had any issues with the teachers or parents aside from the occasional fight or two that all kids get in as they grow up. Security here is A1 as well. You have to pass Biometrics and then a separate door with a passcode on a keypad. They do pick up from about 5 or 6 schools around West Knoxville and my daughters happened to go to one of those so that is very convenient. They have a specifically labeled bus. They also have a pretty cool summer program for kindergarteners and above filled with field trips and educational items. It is conveniently located and off the street of Kingston Pike in the Farragut area so anyone in West Knoxville will be happy. I definitely recommend this to any parent looking for a place but I know they are rarely free and always filled up which I suppose is a good thing. Kids won't stop and neither will this staff. The head director is pretty involved and asks me what we are doing daily and I know you don't always get that from staff at a childcare location. Highly recommend

They told us we could have our son come in the fall with no specific date and I called and the director was always on a bus route or not in office with no call back. I called in spring no answer and now it is almost end of summer and I just want my money back. We did not get a spot nor would I send my kid to this facility. I have now spoke with the director twice this week but she keeps blowing me off saying she need to speak to admin or name isn't in there database and it's always "I'll call you tomorrow." They have probably spent my money and this is ridiculous!!

We recieved a call back and were told they had availability, and they scheduled a visit with us. The visit was confirmed, so my husband brought my daughter to check it out. Upon arrival, the director was not there. They waited and waited but unfortunately the director never came. With that said, the office lady jumped in and offered a packet, but could not offer pricing or much info (main reason we went was to have an understanding of pricing). So I emailed the director and mentioned we unfortunately didn't meet her but I was hoping to get more information on pricing. She responded stating they have not availability and to let her know if we would like to go on the waiting list. This felt a bit cold, as I was initially told the week before there was space, and I didn't even receive sympathy for missing the appointment. Seems to be lack of communication amongst the team, and we did not have a good experience TRYING to get more information on the program. With that said, we will be looking elsewhere for daycare options.

The staff doesn't seem to connect with the children well, and aren't always very pleasing to be around. Communication is a lack there of, it was always difficult to get information out of the staff if there were "incidents" that happened at the daycare. It doesn't matter to them how long your child as been there if they are "too much to handle" they will not be afraid to let your child go. Although, your child has been there since they were 6 months old. There are better places in the area to take your children. NOT HERE.

At first I loved the center but the last few months have changed at this location in management and center wise. I have had my child come home with several bite marks where it broke skin and management has not done anything about it. I also personally saw while dropping off and picking up my child from childcare that cellphone usage has become the number one priority in the center some of the teachers are more on their phones than watching the children. Just recently I have witnessed picking my child up early from child care that a teacher left a 3 year old little girl from my Child's class outside by herself for 10 minutes with no supervision at all and the teacher was already in the classroom not knowing where the child was or even that she was outside by herself. As a parent I see that it is irresponsible and if you can't watch children and make sure they are safe then they shouldn't be teachers watching children. I did mention it to the management team in their office when I was leaving with my child. When I went to drop off my child at daycare the next day I noticed the teacher was still working at the location, as a parent if a child is left outside with no adult supervision I feel the teacher should not be working there anymore and also there are times when management is not even there at the school and leaving other teachers in charge to take their place that has no idea what is going on in the center. I feel like it makes parents specially myself as a parent to think twice about having or leaving their children in childcare again. As a parent we should always feel that our children are safe and being well taken care of while in childcare considering we pay lots of money to have them in the centers. I feel like this childcare center really needs to be looked into and things need to change at this child care center before somebody seriously gets hurt and I don't want to see that happen to any child at all.
