I"m a pretty big guy but since there was only five of us, I had enough room. That said, if the room was full it would've been very cramped and too close for comfort. They do offer free coffee, coke, diet coke and bottled water though which was a nice bonus. The COMPARE with PACE: I've taken two classes at Pace University in Midtown (Bookkeeping and Quick Books). This was my first at TCC. Pace has cleaner and roomier facilities without a doubt. But for me, it ultimately comes down to the instructors. What did I learn? My TCC instructor, Jeanette, was excellent. Of my two instructors at Pace, one was on par with Jeanette, and was was below par with Jeanette. I learned a ton and Jeanette was great. The desks are tiny, though, and I would've been miserable if there had been a full room. Furthermore, the facilities in general are run down. Look, I'm not expecting the Ritz, but would a carpet cleaning and a fresh coat of paint hurt anyone?

The instructor Peter was great, he took his time and explain Sequel to my non-analytical brain. Both classes only had 2 students and they only have 5 people max per class. Classes are like a full day at from, they are from 9-5pm with a 15 minute morning break, one hour lunch break and finally another 15 minute afternoon break. The rooms are really small and uncomfortable, no place to hang your coats but they do have a small fridge that offers all types of sodas and water and a coffee machine. Three stars for the instructor and convenience to get to but the missing 2 stars for the size of the rooms and lack of comfort.

He asks me to wait outside and he'll be right with me. 20 minutes later he walks out and says that I'm actually 25 minutes late now and their policy is to not accept anyone more than 15 minutes late. Nowhere was this on time policy stated on any of the emails leading up to this class. Traffic is insane in New York City and it's a blessing to be just five minutes late for anything. I can't stop thinking of the smug look on the instructor's face as he delighted in telling me that he made me miss the course and wouldn't let me in. This is a pathetic excuse for a company. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. EDIT: above is truth. Below is lies. His own employees leave him google reviews. Why go to a place that stacks it's reviews. Just find someplace else and ensure you're treated with respect and dignity. Caveat emptor EDIT2: I've tried to contact the owner directly via phone and email. I get no response. He's only willing to talk to me over google or yelp reviews. If this is the sort of experience that you want from your CPR class then come here. If you want decent customer service then go ANYWHERE else. This dude says he has cameras but this course is literally done in a municipal rec center. It's not his facility. His company is trying to scam me. If you want lies then come here. If you want to take off of work only to be turned away after showing up five minutes late then come here. Dishonest billing after withdrawal; ignored records request…read more I enrolled at Fullstack Academy and later withdrew. My student advisor confirmed in writing (via Slack DMs) that my final two payments would be canceled and not charged. Weeks later I received an email saying they planned to charge me anyway. They also deleted my student account and removed me from their Slack, which blocked me from accessing the very messages that confirm the cancellation. My request for a copy of those DMs was ignored. I immediately sent a formal revocation of payment authorization and notified my bank because these attempted charges could have overdrawn my account by $1,000+. Fullstack cited a "no refunds after 6 weeks" policy, but in my case they are using it as a loophole to demand money after telling me in writing I wouldn't be charged. This has caused significant stress and wasted hours of my time. I've filed complaints with the CFPB and the NY Attorney General. Policies aside, trustworthy schools honor their written commitments and provide students access to their records. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this program. If you're considering it, get everything in writing and be very cautious about autopay authorizations.

They left us with just "work hard" and sent a couple of links. The rest of the classes just kept pandering to the computer science students because they were the majority and left others in the dust. Its a complete money grab because they analyze the majority in the course and teach them and abandon others.
